SH:- I (CAPITAL Portion)

DSITC of TRL/MIRA or any other equivalent independent international agency crash test certified high security hydraulically operated bollards with crash rating suitable for 7.5 TN vehicle with speed of 80Km/Hr. (As per PAS 68/ASTM F2656-15/ IWA 14-1:2013 standards), Blocking Height: 1000 mm, Diameter: 275mm, The Bollard assembly shall be supplied Complete with following accessories: 1. Drainage pump. 2. PLC based control panel (suitable for outdoor application). 3. Excavation of existing road, making suitable civil foundation as per approved drawing duly vetted by IITs/ State Engineering College or AAI empaneled authorized consultant i/c excavation of existing road and making good the same after installation of Bollards complete as required i/c crossing the RCC drain (if applicable) by making suitable openings and sealing the gaps thereafter comprising of items and features as per enclosed technical specifications. 4. Laying of GI pipes for incoming & outgoing power & control cables. 5. Hydraulic system, Logic circuit. 6. Accumulator system for hydraulic operation in case of power failure. 7. Any other accessories as required for making the complete system fully functional as required or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying of LT cables

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required & as directed by the E-I-C. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required & as directed by the E-I-C. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required & as directed by the E-I-C. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer i/c excavation and re-filling etc. as required

SH:- II (R & M Portion)

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract after completion of Two years Defect Liability Period for the above bollards (As per item no-01 under SH-1) i/c periodical, preventive, break down maintenance as per the OEM recommendations & AAI requirements and attending emergency breakdowns as and when required on 24 hrs basis (on all days including holidays) and including all necessary spares and consumables to keep the whole bollard system in perfect working condition etc. complete as required and as per the particular specifications specified i/c provision of 1 no skilled and 1 no semi-skilled man power as mentioned in particular specification of this work. (The manpower shall be taken for the whole AICMC portion and the same to be provided during the DLP also)
