Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanically means stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimeter to twenty two point four millimeter) Grading-III size [75mm( seventy five millimeter ) compacted thickness] to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point eighteen) cubic metres per 10 Sqm (per ten square metre) and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD technical specifications section 400 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer–in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm ( zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram per square metre )on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 25 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Eleven point two milimetre to zero point nine milimetre) (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm ( Thirteen point two milimetre to zero point nine milimetre)(Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
