Notes:- Maintenance and repairs shall be carried out immediately on receipt of complaint from users. The rate quoted for all items shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following provisions :- (a) Depute one electrician and one helper to attend the day to day complaint during the entire contract period. (b) To provide transportation arrangement to shift the materials. (c) Provide necessary tools and plants for attending the complaints. (d) Attend and complete the complaint within 24 Hrs. (e) If contractor fails to depute one electrician and helper for attending complaints a sum of Rs. 1200 per day will be recovered from payment.
