Dismantling the Bowl assembly part by part of the pump and detect damage parts of the pump set with the help of pump expertise obvervation.
Supply, Delivery and fitting fixing of the following materials required for repairing the pump set.
SS 410 sleeve for gland 6 inch long, dia 62mm, bore 50mm.
Bowl top sleeve
Impeller Shaft
Line Shaft
Impeller neck ring
Cutless bush for bowl 3&1/2" OD. 2" ID, 5" long.
Cutless bush for bowl 5&1/2" OD. 4" ID, 9" long.
Shaft coupling.
New Coupling for Pump and Motor assembly.
Refitting of total bowl assembly of the pump set.
To and fro transportation charges From Pump House to Work Shop as the direction of the EIC.
Lowering the pumping set then coupling to the motor and connect power supply from LT MCC cum PDB with the guide of Pump-Motor Expart as the direction of the EIC.
