Earth work Excavation by mechanical means (JCB or Hydraulic excavator) for pipe line in trenches and pits up to 1.5 meters depth in open area where disposal of surplus earth is done alongwith alignment, including trimming and dressing sides, levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling; consolidation and watering of refill in 15cm layers and Restoration of unmetalled or unpaved surface to its original condition excluding cost of shoring and timbering but including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals, providing & fixing caution boards, watching, fencing etc. and removal of surplus soil outside/ inside the town involving lead upto 15 mtr. All classes of soil except rocky. Depth upto 1.5 mtr.

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

First class brick masonary 229 mm thick laid in cement sand mortar 1.6 in foundation and plinth including supply recarriage of bricks cement .

10mm thick cement plaster 1.4 on sides walls (-) Rs.1.25/- for scaffolding.

10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on bed and top.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 hand mixed but including steel reinforcement

Cement Conc. 1:2:4 including supply, carriage & with stone ballast or shingle by manual means.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with brick ballast 40mm gauge

Providing Lowering precast Concrete NP-2 plain end pipes and collar with reinforement in trenches to corret gradient and alignment cutting of reinforcement cement concrete plain end pipes stringing trenches, jointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 as per IS 458:2003 in to trenches for all depth and laying out same to correct alignment, gradient, levels etc. comlete in all respect. (450mm)

Providing Lowering Jointing and cutting of RCC NP-2 palin end pipes 150 mm dia for vent pipe in to trenches and laying same to correct alignment as per 458:2003 (@ 2.5 Metre /No)

Wrought Iron and mild steel ladders, framed grills, grating etc. complete fixed in position in D-tank

Providing & fixing M.S. foot rests made of 23x25 mm square bar including fixing in Haudis complete with cement concrete 1:2:4

Providing and fixing of Alfa Valve fitted on riser pipe to act as Nakka (D regulators) (450 mm)

Centreing & shuttering for Concerte faces

Providing & Fixing of Assembly/Appurtments consisting of a Alfa Valve and operating arrangement in Main Pipeline complete in all respect (450 mm)

Dismantling of flexible pavements thickness above 50mm by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per technical clause 202 of MORT&H specifications
