Providing , laying and compaction of bituminous ready mix (HMP) for 40 mm compacted thick bituminous concrete work conforming to MoRT&H specifications (5th Revision) completed in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge / OC Contract between Km 845.00 to Km 875.764 (Net length 30.760 Km) for resurfacing works on road Dirak – Rupai under 1444 BCC/48 BRTF under Project Udayak in Arunachal Pradesh State.

Providing and laying 50mm thick BM ( Bituminous Macadam) for correction works with pre coated stone chips grading conforming to Table-500-7 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of table 500-6 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th revision) mixed with 3.4% VG-30 bitumen by mass of total mix and rolled/compacted as per MoRT&H specifications (5th Revision) to the required specification all as specified between Km845.00 to Km 875.764 (Net length 30.760 Km) for resurfacing works on road Dirak – Rupai under 1444 BCC/48 BRTF under Project Udayak in Arunachal Pradesh State.

Providing and applying Tack Coat over Bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer @2.5 Kg/10 Sqm (RS-1 grade) or using low viscosity grade paving bitumen of VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer on prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge (5th Revision) complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge between Km845.00 to Km 875.764 (Net length 30.760 Km) for resurfacing works on road Dirak – Rupai under 1444 BCC/48 BRTF under Project Udayak in Arunachal Pradesh State.

Providing and applying Road marking with thermoplastic paint (2.5 mm thick) conforming to MORT&H clause 803.4 including preparation of surface complete in all Respect as specified and directed by Engineer -In –Charge between Km845.00 to Km 875.764 (Net length 30.760 Km) for resurfacing works on road Dirak – Rupai under 1444 BCC/48 BRTF under Project Udayak in Arunachal Pradesh State.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x100mm, diecast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lens reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole upto 30mm upto a depth of 60mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or expoxy mortar, all as per BS-873 (Part 4) 1973 between Km 845.00 to Km 875.764 (Net length 30.760 Km) for resurfacing works on road Dirak – Rupai under 1444 BCC/48 BRTF under Project Udayak in Arunachal Pradesh State.

Earth work in embankment by filling with earth free from roots etc spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm including watering and finishing to required slope and level not exceeding 1.5m high above the base in ordinary soil for both side berm of width 0.90 mtr between Km 845.00 to Km 875.764 (Net length 30.760 Km) for resurfacing works on road Dirak – Rupai under 1444 BCC/48 BRTF under Project Udayak in Arunachal Pradesh State.

Providing and applying road marking with thermoplastic paint (2.5mm thick) for Rumble Strip Zebra and Speed Breaker conforming to MoRT&H 803.4, 803.6 and IRC:35-2015 including preparation and application between Km 845.00 to Km 875.764 (Net length 30.760 Km) for resurfacing works on road Dirak – Rupai under 1444 BCC/48 BRTF under Project Udayak in Arunachal Pradesh State.
