PART-I:- Taking down old defective solar security light fitting any type for repair and replacement of burnt/ worn out accessories/ parts and refixing at its original place and testing complete all as specified Notes : (a) Accessories/ parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as "Supply Only". (b) Labour charges for fixing shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply only LED 30 Watt solar light fitting of existing make, complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In-Charge.

Supply only Battery terminals set, suitable for 12 Volts batteries complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In-Charge.

Supply only Batteries for solar Security light and traffic light fitting, 12 Volts, 40/50 AH, maintenance free with three years warranty, complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In-Charge.

Supply only Charger with PCB controller suitable as per exisitng make, complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In-Charge.

Shifting of solar security light fitting from one location to another location carefully distance not exceeding 2 KM with the help of tractor/crane incuding all towing arrangement and taking out all connections, earthing of defective parts of solar street light and connecting carefully all connection and including necessary earth work, PCC M-15, Type B-1 for embedding of pole, painting of pole with one coat of aluminum paint as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of Traffic LED lights AC complete including taking down old defective traffic light fittings of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles for solar street light/ solar traffic light, 6m long including angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles, stays etc. and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, stays etc. and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M & L for MS powder coated GI pole of length 6.00 metre with clamps, nuts and bolts for fixing light fitting and suitable thickness base plate, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Solar PV panel of capacity 90 Wp suitable for 30 Watt light fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metres wide and n.exc 1.50 metres deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Opening, dismantling and taking down for replacement of unserviceable spare part of machanical laundry plant for washing mechine and dryer plant, complete servicing including testing after comissioning at site (Capacity of laundry plant 30 kg) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- (a) Replaced spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective Items. (b) However small pieces of wire terminals, soldering/ clipings required at site for proper fuctioning of the Mechanical laundry shall be deemed included in quoted rates under this item.

Replacement of Timer 6 Pole 220V for clock wise and anticlock wise rotation.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sqmm 2 core for connection of solar light to PCB and battery, including taking out old cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 16 sqmm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections, including taking out old cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of installation area from inside and outside by removing the vegetation, cleaning the fungus formation and nearby growth of wild vegetation, bushes and removal of debris to a distance 50m away from the installation area, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L in repair of Prepaid Meters AC single phase, two wire, 240 volts, 50Hz, 10 to 60 Amps of different makes including taking down old unsv meter and addressing issues like malfunctioning displays, repair/replacement of damaged parts, internal components failures, faulty connections, keypad not working complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sel item No. 19 above but three phase four wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz and of 10 to 60 amps rating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of Static Meters AC single phase, two wire, 240 volts, 50Hz, 10 to 60 Amps of different makes, including taking down old unsv one and addressing issues like malfunctioning displays, repair/replacement of damaged parts, internal components failures, faulty connections, button not working complete all as specified.

All as per Sel item No. 21 above but three phase four wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz and of 10 to 60 amps rating complete all as specified.

M & L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed , 1100 Volts grade, (FRLS) copper cable 6 sqmm stranded conductor and drawing through and including rigid PVC non metalic surface conduit medium duty (ISI Marked) of suitable dia with conduit accessories such as junction boxes, bends, tees etc. including continuous earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, cable 6 sqmm copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete as directed including taking down old submain wiring. Note :-(i) One run of PVC conduit, two runs of cable (Phase + Neutral) and one run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Material and labour for repair of wooden/ metal box fitted on site for protection of 2 to 4 Nos meter boxes / DB Boxes including dismentling existing unsv hinges, doors, locking arrangements and other part etc and replacing with new hinges, doors, locking arrangements and other parts as required at site and directed by Engr- in- Charge including painting the complete box with two coats of synthetic enamel paint paint as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
