Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore with broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for PCC 100mm thick type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub-base for flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles with acrylic finish of size 300x300mm, 25mm thick, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified. [Work at heights up to 20m for OH tanks]

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed. [Work at heights up to 20m for OH tanks]

M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel/ iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls/ ceilings and cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint in single colour or with two different colour combinations as directed at a height up to 20mtr from ground level for overhead water tanks etc. complete including necessary scaffolding as required all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls/ ceilings and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion of olive green colour as base coat and making camouflage pattern by applying two more coats of different coloured patches in different shapes as directed at a height up to 20mtr from ground level for overhead water tanks etc. complete including necessary scaffolding as required all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls and cornices by washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement based paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates etc complete including necessary formwork all as specified.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 1050mm dia 10 meter openable length, having 50 Nos rounds per 6 metre length (before stretching), on up to 3 m height of wall with ‘Y’ shaped angle iron brackets placed 2.4m to 3.00m apart, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.cm with tape (0.5mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/m complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule ‘A’ (ii) Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.
