S & F for false ceiling of 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws (e-boards) manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process conforming IS-14862, including Gl frame work square pattern of grid size 605mmx 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/ Hollock) plain, framed, panelled 35mm thick shutters without interlocking rail and with one paneland panels of 9mm BWP commercial plywood or 12mm veneered particle with commercial face veneers on both sides. The size of rail and style as per IS–1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, all as specified.

Factory made second class hard wood (Sal) glazed and Skelton door shutters 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass or gauge etc., size of members of shutter as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of part-I, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wood or wood based surfaces of any description, exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 180 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of 5 mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site, Sheet No 1/1) specified and directed.

Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Steel window 1.25mm thick box type (Primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 60mm x 25mm double rebated comprises gauged, glazed skelton shutter ERW Sec 50mm x 20mm and 1mm thick with two openable leaf consiting two Nos sash bar of T-Section 20mm x 3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T-section of size 30mm x 25mm and 1.25mm thick including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC M-15, type B-0 required 4nos of each window, steel duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer on prepared surfaces) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing including following fitting welded to frame shutter:-(i) Hold fast, 150mm long of 12mm x 3mm made to shape -04 Nos per window. Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km, all as specified and as directed.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note:- Locally available slate stone not shall be used.

All as per item No. 28 above but except stone.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains all as specified.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 20cm wide for roughly finished flat surfaces of concrete, all as specified.

Forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc. all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC, all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant paint over a coat of primer including cleaning the floor/joinery, surface glass pans etc. , complete, all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surface including by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and cleaning with water on walls and preparation of plastered surface of walls and two coats of exterior grade weather resistant paint over a coat of primer including cleaning the floor/joinery, surface glass pans etc., complete, all as specified.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, B-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as path/paving/hard standing and finish the surface broom finish without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered coloured cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 50 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No 48 shall be used).

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 20mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor/ sunken floor spout complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 52 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No 49 shall be used).

Supply and fixed in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litres capacity low level with inlet, ball valve , float and handle with brackets including 32mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long and 15mm dia PVC connection 600mm with CP brass coupling nuts and PVC washers at both ends, fixed in repair complete, all as specified.

S&F in repair 25mm dia powder coated mild steel, chromium plated curtain rod including brackets fixed in repair.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Disconnecting existing PVC/ferro cement/MS tanks capacity exc. 250 litres but n. exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, all as specified.
