Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of chain link fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cu m, getting ut,returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm crusted nstone graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type weight exc 4 Kg per square metre as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wireany size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independantly, without connecting plates, etc. as in fencing post conforming to Fe 410 W (gde E-250 quality B), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel flat iron for securing of chain link fencing conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 as in post and strut in fencing including fabrication i.e. cutting tops drilling holes notching for wire welding etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 15cm but not.exc 22.5 cm long,diameter of neck n exc12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining (as in linear) and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single layer) fixed on Y shape angle iron complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Dia of concertina coil 600 mm dia (ii) Nos of turns in concertina 50 to 53 turns (iii) Weight of each coil 9.5 to 10 Kg (iv) Coverage per coil 6 RM

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick Red/ yellow machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1( using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in copping, Kneelers, apex stones bed plates , Kerbs stone, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for yellow/ Red colour pre-polished rubber moulded chequred cement concrete tile 300mm x 300mm x 20-22mm thick with anti skid properties set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6),complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for heavy duty endura ceramic coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick dark shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non-skid / mat finish designed coloured joint free ceramic tiles of size not less than 400 mm x 400 mm x 6-7 mm thick in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 and dismantling of existing tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 31 here in above but as in skirting and over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick Granite, of any type, table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite including moulding, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 20-22 mm thick for machine cut kota stone slab flooring in one colour over 20 mm thick over CM 1:4 screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and directed.
