Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Annual Turn over of the tenderer participating in the tender should be atleast 15.00 Lakhs.

if there are complaints against the tendering organisation or the owner representing it, the tender will be rejected

Local arrangements should be made to facilitate the transportation of food grains in case of emergency.

The rate should be inclusive of all taxes(including GST). Tax will not be given seperately. The responsibility of paying tax to the competent authority lies with the tendering organisation.

Satisfactory service certificate obtained from the concerned authorities regarding the experience of transporting supplementary food grains in any government departments.

Income tax returns along with CA reports for the Last 3 Financial Years.

Registration of 2 Trucks of minimum 10 Tons and above capacity for each taluk seperately, B extract, Fitness certificate,Tax details, Permit, Insurance, Valid Emmission certificate of vehicles to be submitted

GST registration copy in the name of Organisation/contractor to be submitted

Attaching Application Form-1, and all Documents mentioned in theirin, Declaration letter of the tenderer with Signature.

All the Documents submitted online must be clearly visible. Unnecessary documents should not be uploaded.

The Tenderer must have atleast two lorries of minimum 10 Tons and above capacity in good condition for each taluk. out of which at least one lorry must be in his own name and the remaining one lorry can be provided on contract( if a single tenderer applies for more than 1 taluk, he must have seperate lorries for each taluk and submit the necessary documents). This means that after a tenderer places 2 lorries in one taluk, the same lorries cannot be placed in another taluk. In such cases the renders of all the taluks in which the tenderer participated will be rejected. or cancelled
