Note for item No 1 to 8 :- All MCCBs shall be fitted with phase separators and spreador links on both incoming and outgoing sides. All connections from main bus bars to incoming side of MCCB shall be done with colour code aluminium strips of suitable size. Legs of panel shall be fabricated out of 50mmx50mmx6mm MS angle iron. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of the same.

Material and labour for replacement of factory made LT feeder pillar box of size 750 mmx750 mm x 600 mm with 4 strip copper bus bar (200 Amp, 1100 volt grade, 600 mm long duly sleeved with relevant colored sleeve = 01 set), double door, outdoor type, weather proof , fabricated out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet, welded on 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle iron frame & having four Nos of angle iron legs made out of 40 X 40 X 6 mm - 120 cm long below frame, grouted in ground with PCC 1:2:4 of suitable size block, with front & rear door, having locking arrangement, openable, bottom space for cable entry with & including powder coating, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing water proof ABS electric distribution box , wheather proof, IP-65, suitable for out door use, pole mounted, made of MS, factory made, of size 300 x 250 x 150 mm, comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 Volts SPN bus bar not less than 25x5mm aluminium strip and fixing clamps of size 25 x 5 mm two nos, including necessary MS nut, bolts and locking arrangment with pressure type lock, connection hole four Nos each bus bar with nuts ,bolts and washer made of galvanised iron and connection thimble etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and precast concrete cable cover/bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for horizental boring of holes under road, Pavement, hard standing etc by trenchless technology using ultra sounding techique and necessary machine including supply and laying HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure in the drilled hole, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement route indicator for LT cable disc type of size 150 mm dia CI, 8 mm thickness, embossed with "MES LT CABLE" and fixed on angle iron 35x35x5 mmm 600mm long as directed and painted in anti corrosive yellow colour paint including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation block of size 300x300x300 mm, duly fixed in ground, complete all as specified directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for laying/taking out cables and foundations of poles etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25mm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting point, complete all as spcified and directed.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, 8cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable including spreading, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Consolidated/punned thickness of 18 cm (overall) shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 2 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as directed.

Taking out / down old existing LT 1100 volt grade cables 185 Sqmm, 95 Sqmm, 70 Sqmm, 50 Sqmm, 25 Sqmm , 16 Sqmm, size, laid in trenches, including bricks/Precast PCC cable cover for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement, including MS clamps,nut,bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement, including MS clamps,nut,bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 100mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement, including MS clamps,nut,bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Diconnecting the electric supply and all cable/earthing connections and taking out the existing unserviceable panel boards/APFC panels of any size and type incl removing from site complete all as direcetd.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 32mmx6mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe medium grade 40mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete including dismantling of existing earthing all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 50mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 5 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 5 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 1,18,075.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
