3HP DC Inverter Mini ODU, VXV-H080 / NR1 - 3 HP X 1 Nos (For 6 Months - (Rs. 2,540.00 / 12) X 6 = Rs. 1,270.00)

Scope of Work: The Following work will be carried out during AMC Period, during normal working hours. 1. Inspecting the plant or system and carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard practice once in a month. 2. Checking the refrigeration control system for operation ans adjusting the settings if necessary. 3. Attending to the plant when called upon. 4. Descaling / cleaning of condensers if deemed necessary. 5. Overhauling the components of the equipment as site or in service center including replacement of worn-out parts when found necessary. 6. Replenishing the refrigerant as a result of a leak from the system araising out of standard wear & tear. 7. Checking the system for leaks and then rectifying leaks if any. 8. Lubricating the bearings of motors, pump and fans when found necessary. 9. Quarterly inspection of belts, adjusting of tension and replacing worn-out belts if necessary. 10. Attending to complaints / break down calls whenever received. 11. Submitting the service reports to the concerned offices after attending the call /service.

Exhaust Fans - 7200CFM (For 6 Months - (Rs. 24,570.00 / 12) X 6 = Rs. 12,285.00)

Exhaust Fans - 5400CFM (For 6 Months - (Rs. 18,427.00 / 12) X 6 = Rs. 9,213.50)

Exhaust Fans - 1800CFM (For 6 Months - (Rs. 6,142.50 / 12) X 6 = Rs. 3,071.25)

Scope of Work: 1. Inspecting the plant / carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard practice Once in a month. 2. Repairs and replacmeent of burnt contactor and switches extra in Electrical control panel. 3. Cleaning the SS hoods & filters once in a month. 4. Lubricating the bearings of motors, pumps and fans as when required. 5. Monthly inspection of belts including adjusting the tension and replacing the worn out belt if necessary.

6. Overhauling the components of the equipment as site or in service center including replacement of worn-out parts when found necessary. 7. Attending to the plant when called upon. 8. Attending of complaints / break down calls. 9. Reporting the healthiness of the plant and suggesting improvements if any. 10. Rewinding of Exhaust fan motors and fresh air fan motor.

Annual maintenance /servicing of existing centralized ductable AC system consisting of the following Air conditioning / Refrigeration units etc., in Sri TT, Tirumala for monthly one periodical servicing with the following nature of repairs / service works takes to the units and to attend emergency calls when the said AC system break-down and to put in working condition duly replacing the damaged / defective components etc., if any.

Kalyanotsava Mandapam - 5.5 TR - 5 Nos (For 6 Months - (Rs. 3,052.00 / 12) X 6 = Rs. 1,526.00)

OPEN TENDER ITEMS (Sl.No.4)

Provision for service charges towards the technician engaged for operation of AC plant & AHU's in New Parakamani building, Tirumala

Note: Service Charges for man power shall be minimum of Rs.500/- / month per person and maximum of 5% of the basic wages for corresponding worker. Any tender with values excess of 5% of basic wages or less than Rs.500/month will be rejected summarily. The tenderer shall quote his offer for above considering all the activities indicated in the scope of work with satisfactory performance of the contract.

Initially for one month, the contractor has to pay wages including ESI, EPF,to the workers as per the wages in Schedule-A in the tender document and the same will be reimbursed by TTD vide board Resolution No.568 dt:26-02-2024. The same procedure shall be continued for subsequent months also. Employer contribution of ESI & EPF as applicable at the prevailing rates per worker per month shall be paid for wages more than ₹15,000/-, EPF @ 13.01% on Rs.15,000/- & ESI @ 3.25 % on ₹18,500/ shall be paid. Whenever, there is enhancement of wages, the same to be implemented and the same will be reimbursed by TTDTTD will not provide any accommodation for their workers during maintenance period and they will not be permitted to stay at site / premises after completion of shift duties.

It is the responsibility of the contractor/firm to make alternate arrangements for transport and accommodation to their workers / staff away from the premises.The price quoted shall be excluding of GST.TTD shall be authorized to deduct any taxes as applicable from the bidder. Note: 1) Agreement will be concluded to the lowest bidder of Mixed tender (i.e.Percentage items + open tender item of Service charges and fixed component of minimum wages as per "Important Note" specified in the tender document. 2) The bidder should go through the additional scope of work specified in "Important Note" in the bottom of tender document

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
