Disconnecting the alternator from the base, labour for dismantling worn out parts, reassembling alternator and engine and connecting all electrical and mechanical means including testing for satisfactory running to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete for capacity engine upto 30KVA of any make all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Worn out spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Dismantling as per site requirement for repair and any minor parts required for making the DG Set fully operational not mentioned in the subsequent items are deemed to be included the rates quoted.

Repair and Rewinding of armature of DG Set of capacity 10 KVA with super enamelled copper of required size wire including varnishing, sleeves, cotton tape, heating etc. and re-installation connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any minor item required for complete repair is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Exhaust cylinder for the generator of capacity upto 30 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in replacement of engine oil including cleaning of engine oil chamber and replacement of gasket etc including drain out unserviceable oil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Filter kit (Oil,fuel,Air) for the generator of capacity upto 30 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete, all as specified and directed. Note : i) Dismantling as per site requirement for repair and any minor parts required for making the DG Set fully operational which is not mentioned in subsequent items i.e Nuts, bolts, washer any welding work etc are deemed to be included in rates quoted.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable self starter to work shop and carrying out Repair to self starter including rewinding the coil winding, bearing pinion bush solenoid switch carbon brush and holder including transporting back to site, re-installing and testing complete for 63 KVA capacity DG Set. all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable fuel injector pump transporting to work shop and carrying out repair DG set 30 KVA and transporting back to site re-fixing, testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old dynamo transporting to workshop an carrying out Repair to Dynamo of DG Set of capacity 63 KVA DG set including rewinding of coil, replacement of GM Bush, housing plate, cutout plate and transporting back to site, re-installation connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of DG set capacity 62.5 KVA by scrubing, denting and welding/soldering rusted part and filling properly for DG set and frame and applying two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of metal primer as per colour code by spray painting and marking etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M& L for in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 25x4mm size , by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including porovision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less thanb 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs-02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.50m long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplys soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. Note:- Item of Earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth lead 32x6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable, Supply and lay including fixing and connecting electrically XLPE insulated LT underground cable 4 core 25 sqmm armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor multi-stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including provision of lugs & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable, Supply and lay including fixing and connecting electrically XLPE insulated LT underground cable 3.5 core 35 sqmm armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor multi-stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including provision of lugs & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for laying of LT UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing excavated materials to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading in natuaral riddled soil as earth cushioning to cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying , stretching and testing of cable and compacted in layers to form a solid bed covering to cable all as specified and directed.

M/L for brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement ON Load change over switch 200 Amps, 4 Pole made out of Sheet steel enclosure including replacement of incoming and outgoing lugs and fixing arrangement on panel/wall complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells/Standard/HPL/L&T

S&F in replacement of 12V, 120Ah lead acid battery for generator set including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of moulded case circuit breaker four pole 100 Amps 25KA capacity 415V 50Hz incl taking out the old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed. Havells cat part No IHLGHDAS0100# or equivlent in L&T/Schinder/CG

Supply and fixing in replacement of Sheet Metal Enclosure with socket, plug top and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosures with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Suppply and fixing in replacement submain wiring with using two single core 6.0 Sqmm copper multy stranded conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) cable and one single core 6.0 Sqmm copper multistandred conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) Earth wire using ISI MArked IS 694 1100 volts grade PVC insulated flexible stranded copper conductor wire drawn through with and including medium grade concealed PVC conduit ISI marked not less than 25 mm dia including conduit fitting and accessories complete including cutting chases in existing wall of any descirption built in cement mortar and making good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortor (1:4) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing surfaces and finish termonatioin with bottle type copper lugs conduit being laid either in ceiling slab or wall or on surfaces or under the frame of the false ceiling including PVC flexible conduit or through wooden partition including clamping arrangement as required complete all as sepcified and directed . (Note:- Three Run of 6.0 Sqmm cable and conduit of suuitable size shall be measured as one unit).

Supply and fixing in Replacement of thermostat for refrigerator of 165 to 200 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply from the mains, transporting the window/split type air conditioner any capacity from original location to workshop to carry out the servicing complete and re-fixing at the original position after repairs and making the ACs fully functional and testing for satisfactory working, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Replacement of minor parts will be measured and paid separately.

Taking out old burnt/unserviceable compressor from the air conditioner 1.5 TR capacity and replacing with new compressor suitable to the existing, re-fixing in position including testing for satisfactory working, complete all as specified and directed.

Charging of refrigerant R32/R134A/R22/R12 for window/split type air conditioner any capacity and testing for proper cooling, leakage etc. Before charging of new refrigerant etire system will be cleaned with nitrogen and check the leakage with leakage indicators complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement suitable to the existing AC blower motor for 1.5 TR capacity air conditioner, complete all as specified and directed.
