RENOVATION

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density complete work.(WBM Grading-2) per Technical Specifications Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (with 22.4 - 53 mm size st. ballast) as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 to 1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.300 to 0.350 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510).

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat by HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.75 mm size and penetation bitumen suitable grade as per Technical Specification Clause 511.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil,excavation to be in the regular pits not excedding 0.50 m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm.layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.50 lift & 30.00 m lead.The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with 30 m.Distance as directed by the engineer in charge(excluding Royality).
