Repair/maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes,door cards,car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of cracked / broken and mild steel parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs /maintenance of unserviceable damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Maintenance of damaged hand rail, Shaft, light / switches, complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make similar with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts , fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work ,cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan , ensuring safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maintenance of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing, two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels and Control panels using spray gun complete, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency situation all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for the following lifts:- Location :- Vijaya 02 NOs lift 08 PS (544 Kg) ECE Make G+12 upper floor.

(ii) The AMC should cover any minor parts of lifts if its functions are found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iii) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (iv) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (v) The detailed duty mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including Sundays and holidays. (vi) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendance register kept within the lift cell (vii)The detailed lift mechanics found absent or moved without intimating to in charge of lift cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected

Taking down old car door VVVF drive and supply and fixing in replacement car door (VVVF) drive with all accessories confirming to IS and match with existing model, specifications and same capacity of exisiting items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete Machine Overhauling by opening of Gear, removing old dirty oil, cleaning & replacing of new Gear oil refitting of the same with new packing & adjustment of thrust bearing & keeping it into perfect working order complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable DBR and supply and fixing Aluminum covered wire wound dynamic breaking resistor to absorb the reserve energy dissipation of motor during regeneration in control operation suitable for existing capacity motor up to 15 HP VFD complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Rope over load sensor after disconnecting old rope over load sensor and supply and fixing New Rope Load Sensor at Certain block lifts at Nofra complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down old unserviceable COP after disconnecting old COP and supply & fixing new car operating panel complete including dismantling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable existing landing door from various floors with its header, lock, brake, safety contact, MS cill etc & supply and fixing new stainless steel 18 SWG center opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel auto door for landing & car complete with header, cill, brackets, bearings, safety contact electro magnetic gate iock set complete all as per exisiing size and design including necessary cutting, opening in masonry work & making good disturbed surfaces.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling and taking out unserviceable old control panel with control wiring up to mid way junction and Supply and fixing new control panel with multiple integrated micro processor programmable chip based suitable for auto door, consisting of contactors, intergrated mother board & compatible to existing capacity VVVF drive, connectors,assembled in MS Sheet cabinet with lockable hinge door, foot mounted, in powder coated finish, seperate box for breaking resistor and programmed in such a way to operate lift from COP and comprising with variable voltage, variable frequency drive suitable up to 15 HP motor 240 volts 50Hz controlled by pulse with modulation complete with all safety devices such as over current protection, single phase protection etc. including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanised sheet trunking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with 6.0 sq mm copper conductor in PVC insulated, IS Marked etc. including all standard features & fixtures ete all as per IS 14665 for G+5 floors 06 (PS) Passenger Lifts.. Distmantling and Taking out of existing old wires and complete replacing withnew wiring of the lift shaft with copper wire 16/.02 from lift room control panel to motor break devices and landing floor switch locks outside push button with indicators from half way junction for all landing and also to lift inside push button Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Distmantling and taking out old unserviceable main VVVF unit supply and fixing new main VVVF drive unit of suitable for 15 KW capacity in existing panel and connected with existing system including testing and commissioning confirming to IS same model with specification and same capacity of existing items complete for smooth and jerk free working of lift. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LED lights and supply and fixing in replacement LED light square/circle type fixing to existing false ceiling with complete wiring and all required necessary items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceablecar door from car cabin and supply and fixing new car door comprises of 02 No power operated, auto telescopic / centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 800 mm Opening 18 SWG with hairline finish (N-304) flush type panels complete with removed headers, hangers, door drive unit with full beam infrared sensor up to full length of car door, aluminium sill VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories control connection etc. for 1000 KG Goods lift complete all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Location : Vijaya Gen

Taking down old unserviceable Aluminium chequered plate and supply & fixing new aluminium Chequered plate of thickness of 5mm including removing existing plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge,

Manning & operation of electrically operated lift 08 Ps/ 13 Ps (544/ 884Kg) and 1000/ 2000Kgs Goods lift of make - ECE, OTIS,Thyssenkrupp,etc to serve upto G+12 upper floors (Vidya, Vijaya), 6Ps/8 Ps (408/544Kg) capacity of BBL/OTIS make to serve upto G+6 upper floors in bldg Narmada, Hoogli, Tapti, Kaveri and Himadri daily 16hrs in two shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs including taking care of from any pilfrerage/ theft or damage etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in Bldgs :Vidya,Vijaya,Narmada, Hoogli, Tapti, Kaveri Himadri, and Chenab - bldgs (Total- 08 Nos bldgs) Person: 1 for 2 buildings per shift Persons: 4 for 8 buildings per shift Total shifts: 2 Hence (4 persons x 2 shifts x 11 months) = 4 x 2 x 11 = 88

Notes for Ser item No 14.00 (i) Passes will be processed after verification of certificate, Passes shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator. In case of OEM, the qualification shall be verified by the Engineer-in-Charge before the issue of passes. (ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operators. (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (iv) Lift operators report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their directions. If he is found absent or moved without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (vi) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (vii) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescuing the passengers and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediately attend the complaint within 30 minutes failing which penalty at Rs 500/- per hour or part thereof shall be levied.

(viii) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (ix) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (x) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (xi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xii) Lift attendant (semi skilled ) duly trained for Each shift (xiii) Rescue operator having 10 th pass with atleast 02 years practical experience shall possess thorough knowledge to rescue user in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts (Rescue operator for all building- Each shift)

(xiv) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority . If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost item No 14.00 i.e Rs. 32,68,936.00 the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (xv) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost i.e Rs. 32,68,936.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGNs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be for 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xvi) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver whenever necessary as required and directed by the Engineer in charge.
