M&L for approved earth filling, earth obtained from outside of MD land by rough excavation not exc 1.5 m in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil to a distance exc 5 km up to total distance 15 km and depositing where directed by Engr in Charge and levelling in layers n exc 25 cm thick and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core stone aggregates of guage not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface completed all specified and as directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk (girth of tree exc 30 cm but n exc 100 cm) including cutting of trunk protion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n. exc 50m and clearing site.

Grubbing up tree trunk (girth of tree exc 100 cm but n exc 150 cm) including cutting of trunk protion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n. exc 50m and clearing site.

Site clearence in soft/loose soil including cleared of shrubs,vegetation,grass brush,weed,trees and saplings not exc 30 cm and complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II (ROAD/PATH)

Rough excavation not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tones power roller and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) solling or (sub base) (in two layers and each layer of 75mm thick) with broken boulder or quarried stones including filling of interstices, forming surfaces, rolling and consolidatation to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- rate shall be quoted for two layers & measured as one compacted layer of 150mm)

M&L for 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness in two layers and each layer of 75mm thick) WBM with granite, trap or basalt, coarse stone aggregate of of grading-2 (63mm to 40mm size) or grading-3 (50mm to20 mm sizes) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- rate shall be quoted for two layers & measured as one compacted layer of 150mm)

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on unsurfaced WBM and complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for bituminous premixed carpet, 40 mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chipping mixed with 29.20 kg of binder,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradiant with power roller and premixed carpet shall be laid with mechanical paver and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of black bituminious surfaces of road as required/directed and applying thermoplastic road marking paint with an applicator machine, the material shall be laid uniformally heated mixture with a starting mechanismamt a temprature of 160 degree centigrade. the thickness of paint shall not less than 2 mm and more than 2.5 mm, the width pattern and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L moorum/Red baijri, 75 mm thickness, spread,rolled and consolidated to graident and camber required and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ussing 20 mm graded stone agg. As in kerbs/kerb stone and the like Including weathring slightly rounded or chamferd Angles and throating etc.and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy type any shape and size with grey cement and pigment with glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade laid over and complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Preparation of new cement surfaces of kerb stones over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART III (COMPOUND WALL)

M&L RCC M-25 (Design mix) , 20 mm graded aggregates in fdns,including raft footings, foundation beams plinth beams , bases for columns etc basement slab, under-ramed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Used &Waste Steel Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similiar works not exc 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces and complete all as specified and directed.

Used and Waste Steel Formwork to sides of concrete fdns, footings, bases of column , raft and raft beams , sides and soffits (if any) of fdn and plinth beam and similar work verticle or to go batter for fair finished surfaces and complete all as specified and directed..

M&L RCC M-25 (Design mix), (20mm graded aggregates) in columns , pillars ,piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Used and Waste Steel Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts,piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design mix) , (20mm graded aggregates) in Beams, cantilevrs, bressummers, lintel over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Used and Waste of steel Formwork to edge of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete wall floor and roofs exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm wide for fair finished surfaces. And complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled Mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. Within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, drilled and counter sink for bolting or riviting with nut for iron fillets and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on Brick/conc.Surface.and finshing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer including Prepration of newly plastered surfaces, and complete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Broken glass on top of walls and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zink chrome primer,including prepartion of new steel surfaces any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering , doors etc, to be prepared for hanjing or sliding with and inc, either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusine of steel sheeting or other conering , runing rails and guides) and hangings also fastening and fixing and complete all as specified and as directed.( FE 410-W, Gde-250 quality A ).

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channel etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamffered angle and throating including necessary form works and finished surfaces fair and even with using extra cement and complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART IV (AREA DRAINAGE)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channel and drains and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40 cm inner girth in cement concrete including formwork and using extra cement, mould mitred/stopped ends etc and complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) set in CM (1:6) as in slab for water tank/shelf, landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs,mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete with joints to match and all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipe , class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collers 200 mm bore and complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART V (SEWAGE DISPOSAL)

Excavation in trenches , n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation , etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m depth beyond and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for soil glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in tranches and jointed as specified 150 mm pipes with 150 mm thick PCC bed in D2 (1:4:8) including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after laid and tested and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material exc 250m and n exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for LLDPE Septic tanks for 10 users, fixing in any type of including connection etc vent shaft complete upflow filter including media etc, and complete all as specified in technical drawings and as directed

M&L for soakage wells of size 2.4 m dia X 3.00 m deep, excavated in ordinary soil, Fdn in PCC 1:3:6, well in honey combed and solid in PCC M-25 (Design Mix) including intercepting chamber, screen chamber, with honey comb BW in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/RR masonry/filling with brick bats, with Cement Plaster in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick using Water Proofing Compound duly filled with clean dry sand and complete all as specified in TD and as directed as per Drg.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART VI (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY)

Supply and lay 3 layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial wlded having thermal stability for cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floor etc(inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked, IS-15801 PP-R pipes SDR 11 (PN-10) and PPR plain fitting in trenches/walls/ceilling or laying in floors complete of size outer dia 25 mm including all fittings and necessary accessories and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PPR gate valve(brass insert) of outer dia 25 mm and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of existing 40 to 50 mm bore GI pipe in position and insertion of GI tee of suitable size with union, nipple etc all as directed for provision of GI branch connection etc complete including necessary excavation and earth work, all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART VII (REFG & AC)

Supply,and installed water cooler electric driven (single phase), Stainless Steel body and Tank, and using enviornment friendly refrigerant having approx storage capacity of 40 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 litres per hour, complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppply and Fixing Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 v to 250 volts with output voltage stabilized at 230 volts with accuracy of +/- 2.5 % and of capacity 1.0 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART VIII (LIGHTING PROTECTION)

Supply and Fixing Air termination, single pointed Aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, single pointed at top and mounted on GI Pipe with two numbers of MS clamp of suitable size and connecting up with Aluminium strip complete with clamps and all accessories and all as specified and as directed. Note : GI Pipe and PCC Block for mounting of Air Termination Rods to be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and Fixing of Aluminium strip size 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground fixed to roof by means of stand-of hold fast placed on PCC blocks and fixed to wall / parapet on insulated saddles complete all as prescribed and all as specified and as directed. Note; Aluminium strip in roof conductors shall not be directly fixed/touching on roof surface.

Test point terminal block made of Gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm grilled & screwed including 3 Nos. of 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head brass screws complete all as specified and as directed at site .

Supply and Fixing of GI Strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground 150 mm below normal ground level including connecting up with earth electrode plates of earthing on both ends with GI nuts, bolts & washers, in addition to welding and also including all excavation, earth work and returning filling-in, levelling, compacting, etc complete all as specified and as directed. (For extention of earthing). Note : The earthing strip shall not pass through or be enclosed/encased into any metallic pipes.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, including necessary form work for casting of PCC Blocks for placing air termination rods/roof conductors all as specified and as directed at site.

Material and labour for galvanized steel water tubing light grade 40 mm bore for fixing up of the air termination rod including necessary clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Foundation as per manufacturer recommendation. Note: CSS shall be installed/erected on RCC base as per OEM recommendations and including cable incoming and outgoing ducts in RCC basement as per site requirement. RCC base work should be 2 feet from above GL with necessary steps and cattle fencing up to 1.5 meter height all around up to 4 meter width from the CSS side to fence and suitable MS Gate and locking arrangement as directed and specified. Cost of RCC foundation, cattle fencing, MS Gate and other allied material shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.
