Demolition of brick work/stone masenary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness including below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floor

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel of joist channel, angles, hollow tubes or Tee sections fixed independently without connecting plate conforming to Fe-410 Gde -250 quality 'A' including dismantling of old steel section,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent)

M&L for plain cemnet concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in coping bed plates including necessary form work and weathering slightly rounded on chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed by Enginee-in-Charge

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F, mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coatin GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser Item No 35 here-in-before but except sheets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coatin GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser Item No 38 here-in-before but one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old surface of Wall including preparation of old surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, pirlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guldes for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A

S&F, Mild steel for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing ,Fe 410-W, Gde E-250 quality A, complete, all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 1.25mm thick, in ridges, doors, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), with welded or soldered provided complete, all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
