Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 ( eighty / hundred ) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, with application of stone screening type-A of size 11.2mm ( eleven decimal two ) millimeters at the rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metres) per ten square metres, and binding materials at the rate of 0.08 cum ( zero point zero eight cubic meter ) to fill up the intersitices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –I, 90mm to 45mm ( ninety millimeters to forty five millimeters ) size, 100mm ( hundred millimeters ) compacted thickness as per technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1 ) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg ( zero point seven to one point zero zero kilogram ) per square meter, using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor on the prepared surface of granular base treated with primer and including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying tack coat distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg. ( zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram ) per Square metre using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No. 503 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts and as per entire satisfactions and directions of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials.. Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness composed of Type-A 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre) aggregate at the rate of 0.27cum ( zero point two seven cubic metre), per ten square meter mixed with pentration grade bitumen VG-10 ( viscosity grade-10 ) at the rate of 14.60 Kg. (fourteen point six zero kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface, to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating, binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 ( thirty / forty ) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 ( eighty- hundred) KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat as per technical specifications clause No. 508 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials.
