INTERNAL AUDIT AND TAX COMPLIANCE SERVICES TO BUDA OFFICE FOR THE YEAR 2026-27

The firm should possess prior experience in conducting internal audit or statutory audit of an Urban Development Authority. Relevant work orders / completion certificates from such authorities must be provided

The firm must have achieved an annual turnover of at least 1 crore in any one of the last three financial years. Audited financial statements turnover certificates must be submitted as proof

The intending bidder/firm/company shall furnish details of liquid assets/availability of credit facilities of not less than then equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period amounting to 1.50 lakhs for meeting the required funds in the foam of credits lines/letter of credit/certificate from any nationalized banks/ scheduled banks

The tender applicant must be a Partnership Firm with a minimum of 3 FCA partners. The firm should be registered under ICAI and copy of the same must be attached.

The firm must have experience in filing E-TDS and GST TDS returns for a government organization or PSU having capital / net worth exceeding 10,000 crore. Proof of such filings (work orders / certificates client confirmation) should be furnished

The firm must have its registered office, principal place of business, or a branch office located within 100 km radius from the centre of Belgaum city. Proof of the office address (such as partnership deed, rent/lease agreement, utility bill, GST registration certificate, or other valid document showing the address) shall be submitted

One of the partners of the firm must personally visit the auditee office / site at least twice every month. Attendance / visit records shall be maintained and produced as and when required by the authority
