Construction of Over Head Tank of 3000 KL. Storage capacity at 22m staging based on contractors own Structural design and drawing including testing of bearing capacity (Bearing capacity of soil has been taken as 8 tonnes per sqm at 2m depth) completed with 1.00 m wide RCC Staircase from ground level and steel ladder from balcony to top of dome in balcony 1.00m high G.I pipe railing over stair case balcony and all around top dome made of three rows of 25mm dia G.I pipe medium class supported on RCC post of 50x50x6mm size MS angle iron post placed at suitable interval ie 1.25mt c/c or as per Engineer-In- Charge including 4cm thick PCC flooring laid over 80mm thick 1.4.8 CC and also 1.00m wide 40mm thick PCC Apron around with 150mm semi circular Drain with 1:2:4 mix Ratio Supply and Fixing of MS Manhole cover with locking arrangement as appd by E/l and fixed at the top of dome and supply of all material Aluminium lightening conductor with extra arrangement of Aluminium wire as per IS 3043 latest edition laid in electricity department of as per latest ISI specification Further to provide mosquito proof ventilator of approved quality and fixing at the top of dome as per direction by E/l further to provide water level indicator with material and fixing them at desired level connect and supply & hoist all DIDF pipe 1 nos of 200mm dia inlet pipe outlet pipe of 350mm dia overflow pipe of 250mm dia and wash out pipe of 100mm dia arrangement with DIDF pipe of the general specification providing jointing material such as rubber packing with nut bolts and fix them after embedding in the bottom of the tank from the designed depth Above GL including supply and fixing of Sluice valve duck foot bend etc iniet outlet over flow and washout pipe arrangement with all fitting and to be painted including Cost of inlet, outlet, overflow, wash out pipes of required dia as per E/l Further to provide all material for supply of gate as per drawing with locking arrangement and painting with approved paint on complete structure with three coats of snowcem of approved quality and also mention the name of capacity of OHT with enamel paint of size 4.00m x 1.50m and letter size not less than 45cm construction of sluice valve chambers as per drawing the rate should also include the testing of bearing capacity of soil and water tightness of tank the bearing capacity of soil to be taken as 8.0 tonnes Sqm at 2m depth and consisting for specific load as per IS 1893-1894 to latest revised specification if any complete with all respect design should follow the latest IS code seismic provisions in the structural drawing & design also drawing should Checked/other institution as per approval of E/l C through IIT/good agencies or any other institution as per E/l MODE OF PAYMENT 1. Excavation in foundation pile/raft laying of lean concrete casting of foundation and column upto GL and submission of three bound sets of complete drawing as per Engineer-In-Charge 25% 2.Completion of staging upto just below bottom ring beam of tank 20% 3.Completion of bottom ring beam bottom dome and conical dome and balcony 20% 4. Completion of vertical wall top Dome 20% 5 Completion of miscellaneous item such as stair case fixing of ventilator water level indicator lightening conductor supply fitting of inlet outlet overflow and washout pipes and specials fixing of sluice valve in outlet washout pipe and construction of sluice valve chambers laying of floor apron and semi circular drain 10% 6. Finishing work such as painting cement painting for structural soundness of engg in charge and testing for water tightness 5%
