Spares being replaced shall be intimated by JE and the replaced spares will be measured and paid under respective items of BOQ and no extra payment will be done for the same. Note: 2 run of 4 Sq.mm cable one run 4 Sq.mm PVC insulated cable copper multistranded conductor alongwith PVC cassing capping will be measured as one unit.

Taking down old existing sub main wiring and M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run single core 6 Sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper multistranded conductor 1100 Volts grade drawing into and including PVC heavy duty casing and capping with PVC coated copper earth conductor 6 Sq.mm one run complete. Note: 2 run of 6 Sq.mm cable one run 6 Sq.mm PVC insulated cable copper multistranded conductor alongwith PVC cassing capping will be measured as one unit.

M&L for casing and capping min 25 mm wide, double lock type in repairs by using existing wiring, for light point, fan point, bell point, PVC boards, good finishing for including screws, bolts nuts, drilling etc.

S&F in repairs aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm complete with insulators and fixing materials for fitting the strip including testing on completion complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs GI strip 32x6 mm complete buried in ground / wall including testing on completion complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate as electrode 600x600x6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected using galvanized iron earth lead wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI earth lead wire protected by Gl light grade pipe 15 mm bore, including provision of concrete pit of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars reinforced at 100 mm C/C both ways and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 2 m long placed on top edge of earth plate, char coal and common salt filling test point made out of 40x8 mm flange with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and connected to earth test point, including taking down existing earthing complete all as specified including testing on completion.
