Sorting and collection of bills, collecting the details of payment made by the consumer along with the counterfoils at the sub division and various banks, sorting of the counterfoils, tallying of the scrols and submitting category wise break up of collection scroll wise. Processing of payment details: Processing of counterfoils received from Banks and Sub-Division, using electronic barcode based sorting, compiling and updating payment details of paid bills
Processing of water billing data: Additional / Modification of consumer data: Syncing of consumer bill data on Spot Billing Machines and generation of standard periodical reports. Spot Bills to be printed and along with associated reports like bill ledger, preliminary report, summery, arreas report, faulty meter list, meter readers list and other MIS reports pertaining to a billing cycle.
Customer Service: Printing and issuing of duplicate bills/ corrected bills along with bill related customer notification on generation of new bill and sending soft copy of bill via e-mail to consumers. Supply of consumables: Supply of necessary stationery and paper rolls for bill printing and standards reports; Supply of SIM cards for spot billing machines and paying for monthly data charges etc.
