REPLACEMENT OF BER CEILING FANS AND AIR CONDITIONERS AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring of fan complete, including ceiling roses making good the disturbed surface of wall to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection of electrical wire from ceiling rose, taking down ceiling fan of any type/size and make, dismantle the blades and keep in safe custody and hand over to MES store complete set like fan, downroad, canopy, blades etc, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) including three core flexible PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sq mm from ceiling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose PVC poly carbonate, isolated body with two to three terminals including connection, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 6 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with copper conductor, single core, multistranded, 1100 volt grade, conforming to IS-694 PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cables of size 1.5 Sq.mm 2 run and one run of 1.5 Sq.mm for earth continuity to be drawn in and including PVC casing & capping not less than 25 mm width MS sheet metal switch / terminal box 1.2 mm thick and Hylum sheet switch including all necessary wall cutting for sinking's of boxes and making good disturbed surface to existing walls including colour washing etc all as specified and directed for one light point/ point controlled by one switch.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of dual Inverter Split Air conditioner 1.5 TR with copper condenser coil, cordless remote control, Minimum of 3 Star BEE Rated, AC 230 volts, 50 Hz including all fixing, hoisting arrangement, all as specified and directed. Make :- Mitsubishi / LG/ LLoyd / Bluestar or equivalent in list of manufacturers or equivalent in list of manufacturers

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% .Cat part No VG 400 of Make V guard or equivalent Microtech/AE or as in list of manufacturers, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of industrial type SPN enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including MCB, SP, AC, 240 volt of 20 Amp, 'C' curve 10 KA breaking capacity and flush to wall including and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with four single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm nominal area and drawing into suitable size of PVC non-metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and its accessories ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc two runs of PVC insulated with 4 sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- four runs of 4 sqmm cable, two runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit

Supply and installation of inverter frost free refrigerator unit complete of capacity not less than 190 ltr capacity ,lockable door inner compartment ,completely factory fabricated eco-friendly PUF enclosure with PPGI sheet of adequate thickness with UV resistance finish for durability , electric driven working on 230 volts AC supply with energy efficient compressor BEE 5 Star rating ,adjustable temperature range etc complete all as specified and directed . Make LG Cat part No GL D 201ASCZ or equivalant in Godrej /Sumsung or as in list of manufacturers.
