Castor Wheel : Removing the existing unserviceable or broken castor wheel and S&F New Castor wheel to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Handle : Removing the existing broken/ unserviceable handle from the chair and S&F new handle made out of Black Integral Skin Polyurethene reinforced with MS insert scratch and weather resistant to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Bottom Base : Removing the existing unserviceable or worn out bottom base from the Chair. Supply and fix new Base to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing of old/us gas lift and providing new gas lift maintenance free, environmental friendly chrome free cylinder tube shall be fixed in a MS black powder coated into centre column tube 38mm dia and 2mm thick, It shall have 100mm stroke length and gas pressure of 300 force all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for spray painting of repaired Chair for senior/middle standard 2 seater complete on all surfaces by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Colour Shade as approved by GE) over a coat of red oxide primer on iron surface and white primer on wooden surfaces complete after preparation of surface by scraping complete, removal of existing paint complete, and removing of dust, dirt etc from wooden/iron surface including denting as required on iron surface all as specified and shown on drg and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/05)

Removing old unserviceable seat/back of Chair and S&F one piece PVC Seat and back virgin quality as approved by GE all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing old unserviceable hand board of Chair and S&F new hand board top openable fixed on right hand side made of 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated MDF Board exterior grade (Make: Greenply/Century/Action Tesa) ISI marked confirming to IS-14587 Grade-I of shade as approved by GE with standard PVC edging as specified and shown on drg.

M & L for welding to broken steel frame of Chair School with Hand Board.

M&L for spray painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Colour Shade as approved by GE) over a coat of red oxide primer complete after preparation of surface by scrapping and removing dust dirt etc indluding denting as required all as directed by GE.
