Erection work of new 40MVA transformer making all electrical connections with complete work of electrical inter-connections, ferruling, dressing of cables etc. work of making proper earthing of 40MVA transformer including painting in earth strip up to the satisfaction of concerned Engineer incharge including cost of all T&P and labour etc .

Erection work of new 145kV 1250A, 40 KA,(3-phase) (HCB) Isolator without Earthswitch and making all electrical connections with complete work of electrical inter-connections, ferruling, dressing of cables etc. work of making proper earthing of PT’s including painting in earth strip up to the satisfaction of concerned JE incharge including cost of all T&P and labour.

Erection work of new 33 KV Isolator without Earthswitch 1200A ( mettalic & insulator) with structure making all electrical connections with complete work of electrical inter-connections, ferruling, dressing of cables etc. work of making proper earthing of isolator including painting in earth strip up to the satisfaction of concerned Engineer incharge including cost of all T&P and labour.

Erection work of new 33 KV Current Transformer(800/400/1,3core)A,1PH with junction box (along with support structure) making all electrical connections with complete work of electrical inter-connections, ferruling, dressing of cables etc. work of making proper earthing of CT including painting in earth strip up to the satisfaction of concerned Engineer incharge including cost of all T&P and labour.

Work of complete testing of 145KV CB, CT,PT & 36KV CB, CT, PTetc as per manufacturer manual & IS) including all connected equipment’s before to energize. work also includes submitting the test results copy (jointly signed) to the department in 03 copies

Complete termination, interconnection, ferruling and dressing of control cable between equipment to equipment in outdoor switch yard and indoor control room all equipments other then transformer ect.

Earthing of all Equipment’s and structure including cutting, Bending, welding etc. of M.S. flat 50 X 6 mm.in required shape and size also includes cost of painting with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of enameled green paint over it.

Dismentalling of 12.5 MVA Old Hitachi make Transformer ( Dismentalling of Radiator, Bushings , sealing,oil draining etc) and propper saggigration of dismentalled parts to the location as per direction of Engineer Incharge up to the satisfaction of concerned Engineer incharge including cost of all T&P and labour etc.

Shifting Work of of 12.5 MVA Old Hitachi make Transformer with in the periphery of 132 KV SS Purukul at a convinent location as per direction of Engineer Inchargeup to the satisfaction of concerned Engineer incharge including cost of all T&P and labour.

Part-C Civil Work (Construction of Plinth of TF)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.( Code 15.3)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, land upto 50 M and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kind of Soil (DSR No. 2.6.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concreate of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutring- All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) (DSR 4.1.8)

Providing and laying in position cement concreate of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutring- All work up to plinth level:1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, 1:1:5:3 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 cm nominal size ) (DSR No. 5.2.2)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footing, bases of column, etc. for mass concrete. (DSR No. 5.9.1)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including traightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto: plinth level . Cold twisted bars (DSR No. 5.22.3)

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of RCC work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fin sand).

Strutural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts & washer complete. (DSR No. 10.20)

Steel work welded in built up section/Framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structure steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, raiings, bracket, gates and similar works.

Providing and spreading granular sub base/ surface course with local material such as RBM (river bed material) in uniform layer with motor grade on surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator and compacting with smooth sheeled roller to achieve the desired density (based on PWD SOR road 97093 16-27) (NSI)

Supply and spreding of 40 mm (single size) crushed stone aggregate as per IS: 383/1970 above the grating as per direction of Engineer incharge complete in all respect. (NSI)

Misclleneous civil works as per site requirement with all material and T&P as per direction of Engineer Incharge up to the satisfaction of concerned Engineer incharge including cost of all T&P and labour.
