Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured wall cladding tiles of size 300mmx600mmx9 to 10mm thick (high depth punch series) tiles as in vertical surface including cutting the tiles for fixing on curved surfaces set and jointed and fixed with cement base polymer adhesive as approved by GE (to be used as per manufacturer instructions) and pointed with white or coloured cement over and including 10mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old painted surfaces of walls with wire brushes/gunny bags etc and washing the surface with water mixed with bleaching powder rubbing the surface with abrasive paper to make it smooth. The surface shall be brought to perfectly even and smooth surface applying a layer of external wall cement putty to achieve smooth surface and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint specified in Ser No 4 and 5 shall be applied with roller only complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The work shall be got executed by authorised applicator as approved by GE. The complete materials required for the work shall be brought by the contractor and deposited with the Engr-in-charge. The stage after preparation of surface by complete removal, application of primer, application of first and second coat shall be approved by GE. (iii) The work is required to be carried out upto 4th storey building. The cost of scaffolding shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor against item No.5. The contractor shall also make necessary safety arrangement for labour complete all as specified and directed as per IAFW-2249 (General Condition of Contract).

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth and filling the joints/groove with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to existing compacted gravel surface finish the top surfaces even and rough to receive top layer as in path complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured glossy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and pigment to match the surface of tile as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, edging including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, single socketed, in any length including bends, socket etc with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
