GENERAL-Maintenance of Pump House- Vellayayani Padasekharam-Repair and Maintainanace of 20 HP submersible Pumpset

OD45871/2025-2026:Lifting the 20 HP submersible pump set after disconnecting electrical connections, dismantling delivery arrangement, lifting using Mobile crane/ chain block, ropes and skilled labour and placing the pump set on platform for repair works, as per the direction of departmental officer at site, including all labour and hire charges complete.

OD45867/2025-2026:Lifting delivery pipe arrangement, dismantling joints, replacing worn-out EPDM gaskets, nuts and bolts wherever required and refitting in position,as per the direction of departmental officer at site,including all labour charges complete.

OD45865/2025-2026:Conveyance charges for transportation of submersible pump sets, motors, starter panels, tools, and allied materials from site to workshop and back, for an approximate lead distance of 9 km (one way), including loading, unloading, handling, and re-handling during repair and overhauling works, as directed by the departmental officer-in-charge, inclusive of all labour charges, vehicle hire charges, and incidental expenses, complete.

OD45869/2025-2026:Rewinding of 20 HP submersible motor with super enamelled copper conductor of suitable gauge, replacement of slot insulation and binding materials, impregnation with insulating varnish, drying, reassembly and testing at approved workshop as per the direction of departmental officer including all costs of labour hire charges etc. complete

OD45870/2025-2026:Overhauling of 20 HP submersible pump including dismantling bowl assembly, inspection of impellers, diffuser and shaft, replacement of worn-out bushes, bearings and seals wherever required, cleaning, reassembly and testing complete as per the direction of departmental officer at site including all labour and hire charges complete

OD45891/2025-2026:Detaching the motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the winding, attending minor repairs, re-taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, including cleaning and painting with enamel paint as per the direction of departmental officer at site

OD45868/2025-2026:Overhauling of starter/control panel including cleaning of contacts, checking contactors and overload relays, attending minor rewiring wherever required, tightening of terminals, resetting and testing in good working condition as per the direction of departmental officer including all costs of labour and hire charges complete.

OD45866/2025-2026:Lowering and erecting the repaired pump sets in position, alignment, electrical connections ,as per the direction of departmental officer at site,including labour charges complete.

OD45888/2025-2026:Trail running of the Pump Sets and clearing the site as per the direction of the departmental officers at site including materials, labour and conveyance, etc.
