Designing, constructing, testing and commissioning RCC Circular overhead storage reservoirs, under ground/partially under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls bottom slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all allied civil works, site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/O PCC/RCC retaining walls, breast wall, sanitary works i.e. refilling and disposing of suplus stuff within all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing, lowering, laying, erecting hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI/MS pipes special and valves, bulk meter of required classes and dia & all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole ,indicator, covers including frame and covers (Medium Duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frame for all valves ventilating shafts and barbed wire fencing around the tanks shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS Code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks, Battery limit shall be considered as 3.00m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural design and drawings etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (i) C/O RCC overhead storage tank 35000 ltrs. capacity 15m staging height phase-Ist at vill. Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming / dressing of sidesand bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinth , sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3sand:6 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr. and removal of the same for insitu -reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in : Foundation and footings in all lead and lifts.

Providing and placing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding and placing in position complete including the cost of binding wire in all leads and lifts.

Boulder/stone filling complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.
