FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF MAIN ROLLER OF GATE AT SHARDA BARRAGE DISTRICT LAKHIMPUR KHIRI

Providing of New C.S main roller of Sharda Barrage gate as per sample size by moulding, turning, finishing, cutting key groves on roller and cover plate as per sample and making holes for stud and assemble the roller by fixing new bearing a of gate with providing new bearing lock plate on both side roller pin and fixing with new studs and welding including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work at Shardanagar, Dist.- Lakhimpur Kheri. Work will be carried out as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Roller assembly all material should be standard make and all required material should be provided by contractor.

Gate No 1 to 4 (OD=450 mm, ID=200 mm, Bearing No. 23222)

Gate No 5 to 15 (OD=395 mm, ID=200 mm, Bearing No. 23222)

Gate No. 16 to 20 (OD=542 mm, ID=210 mm, Bearing No. 23224)

Assembling and fitting of main roller assembly in place of damaged/missing Roller assembly of Sharda Barrage gate by detaching Roller Assembly from Gate with the help of Jigs and Fixtures, jacks etc Cutting locking plate by gas, lifting roller assembly from gate by shifting to working platform, shifting new roller assemblly from work place to gate and fitting in gate, greasing and testing etc. by operating gate, providing and fixing lock plate along with studs and fiiting the roller properly in Gate for smooth operation, Testing and trail including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work at Shardanagar, Dist.- Lakhimpur Kheri. Work will be carried out as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
