(A)Dismantling 800 GPM pump motor set with Base plate, & 6" dia suction pipe 8 mtr. with foot valve.

Dismantling Non – return valve 1 no., sluice valve- 1 no and Both side matching Reducer 8" X 6" sluice valve 2 Nos. Pump body Match piece 8" X 6" - 2 Nos. 6" dia bend 8 Nos.& short piece pipe 4 Nos. from 800 GPM 6” dia delivery line. (18 Nos. X 2 time = 36 Nos.)

Manual Shifting all above dismantle 1 No. pump motor set, bands, short piece pipes and kept at safe place for joining.

Dismantling 6” dia 40 Nos. (240 Mtr.)pipe in Vertical / incline position.Manually lower down & carrying all above dismantle pipe from vertical /incline position.

Loading 6" dia 40 Nos.(240Mtr) pipe on truck & unloading at joining site

Manually Laying 6”dia 20 Nos. pipes for flange welding & removing after welding at 6 No NT. Colliery for loading on truck & Flenge welding of 20X2=40 nos Flange.

Manually Carrying, Laying & joining of 50 Pipe ( 300 Mtr) i.e East Bararee 140 Mtr. & Jeenagora Coal depot -160 Mtr. including surface leveling & Supporting wherever required.

Repairing of 6" dia 10 Nos. old & damaged pipe.

Earth cutting work for dismantling and Joining . size:- 2(50 M X 0.609M X 0.457 M) = 27.83m3
