REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF SUMMER AND WINTER APPLIANCES AND ITS CONNECTED ITEMS AT NAGTALAO UNDER GE BANAR

M&L for Taking out window/Split type AC of capacity up to 2 Ton from the site for servicing, cleaning with air blower of fins, cleaning of condensing unit, cooling coil and evaporative coil with caustic soda mix water,taking out all dirt/sludge etc. by using pressure pump ,cleaning of air filter incl. Oiling and greasing of condensing fan motor, Replacement of remote cell/battery replacing worn out rubber,bushes/rubber packing rectification of unusual noise. Replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolts,washers etc and reassembly of complete AC unit and testing complete for smooth functioning to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for AC of capacity up to 8 TR (3x8 count one unit) for servicing, cleaning with air blower of fins, cleaning of condensing unit, cooling coil and evaporative coil with caustic soda mix water,taking out all dirt/sludge etc. by using pressure pump ,cleaning of air filter incl. Oiling and greasing of condensing fan motor, Replacement of remote cell/battery replacing worn out rubber,bushes/rubber packing rectification of unusual noise. Replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolts,washers etc and reassembly of complete AC unit and testing complete for smooth functioning to entire satisfaction complete all as specified.

M&L for complete Gas charging as per the existing refrigerant up to the required level and replace NRV for window/Split type AC of capacity 1.5/2 Ton complete all as specified.

M&L for complete Gas charging as per the existing refrigerant up to the required level and replace NRV for Package type AC of capacity 8/5.5 Ton complete all as specified.

M&L for Taking out defective compressor Sealed Rotary / Reciprocating unit of window AC of cap 1.5 Ton incl.cutting of copper tubing without any damage to existing other parts and Material and labour for replacement of compressor/ sealed unit complete with erection of compressor in same location with suitable base,jointing of copper refrigerant pipe line,leakage testing,NRV etc. including testing for smooth functioning. NOTE : (i)The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all charges like transportation,fittings,etc. complete with necessary guarantee period including oiling, testing etc complete all as specified.

All as per ser No 4 above but split type AC of cap 1.5 Ton complete all as specified.

M&L for replacement of blower bush of split type AC having capacities of 1.5/2 Ton complete all as per the sample existing at the ground.

Supply and fix in repair blower fan motor of suitable size for indoor type split AC of cap 1.5/2 Ton complete.

Supply and fix in repair condensor fan motor suitable for split AC of capacity 1.5/2 Ton complete all as specified.
