As per clause No. 2.12, 2.12.1(a) means RCF approved vendor list, approved for GPS Location based Public Address & Passenger Information System and LED Destination Board in AC and Non-AC ICF & LHB Coaches to Spec. No. RDS/CG-18001 Revision-2, and clause No. 2.12.2, 2 . 1 2 . 3 , 2.12.4, 2.12.5, 2.12.6 and 2.12.7 of the Bid Document Version 14.0 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments if any issued before tender closing shall be applicable. RCF item ID 2400064 shall be applicable for Eligibility Criteria.

Note-1 : Notwithstanding the delivery period and/or schedule offered by the bidders in variance to the above, the purchaser reserve the right to incorporate the delivery period as per the tender condition and successful tenderers are expected to abide by the same.

WARRANTY CLAUSE : As per Specification - On-site Replacement Warranty for 72 months from the date of Fitment OR 78 months from the date of Receipt whichever is earlier.

For all items — Commencement : On or after 01-APR-26, Completion : On or 30% quantity after before 31-AUG-27 01/04/26 and in next 45 days. Next 30% quantity in next 60 days and balance by 31.08.27.

Payment Terms

80% payment will be allowed after receipt of the material in good and acceptable condition at consignee's end against Inspection certificate and challan of the supplier certified by Gazetted Officer of the Consignee. Balance 20% payment will be made on successful installation & commissioning of item. Note: For Installation & Commissioning of item Condition No. 2.24 of Bid Document Version14.0 OR latest with all Corrigendum/amendments will also apply.

Statutory Variation Clause

Statutory Variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by State/ Central Governments in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways' account. Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.

Option Clause

The purchaser shall be entitled to vary the order quantity upto +30% anytime within the delivery period (including extended delivery period) on the same terms and conditions. The increase in quantity with respect to the tender quantity can be done even at the time of ordering and the tenderer shall be bound to accept the quantity so ordered on the basis of his original offer. The purchaser shall be entitled to exercise +30% option clause in one or more than one installment as long as the total variation in quantity does not exceed the limit of 30% of ordered quantity.

Standard Governing Conditions

IRS Conditions of Contract: The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips) of IRS conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.
