Revival/Repairing of 500 LPM Oxygen Generation Plant at DH Reasi Under PM Cares

Dismantling of the damaged Oxygen purity Analyser fitted inside the oxygen concentrator panel. Replacement of the damaged oxygen purity panel by way of Providing and fitting of new Oxygen purity Analyser of standard Make compatible with the OGP. The job further includes testing of same for its accuracy after fitting the same inside the panel of the oxygen concentrator. The firm will ensure to take up the job by trained technician, also all tools and tackles required for executing the job to be provided by the executing agency.

Job Charges for Cutting the top cover of the zeolite tower by way of using gas cutter. The job further includes removing of top cover and putting the zeolite inside the tower. The job also encompasses refitting back the dismantled top cover by welding the same and testing thereof. All tools and tackles along with trained welder is to be provided by the executing agency

Repair to electric control panel along with other allied works of OGP at DH Reasi The job involves disconnecting the power supply and electrical connections by using skilled technician. The job includes replacement of damaged 160 A main incomer , compressor and dryer by new 160 A MCCB(03No.) of reputed make as per IS standards. The job also includes replacement of relay by new one of reputed make as per IS standards. The job replacement of damaged internal control wiring and bus bars, set of CTs, thimbles, indicator, taping of all the components .Making of Electrical connections and testing the panel on load. Complete job includes cost of providing/ fitting, transportation charges, hire charges of tool and tackles charges, hire charges of skilled and unskilled labour, and all kinds of taxes thereof. Complete job
