The job includes Blower repairs by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, replacement of its Pulley and back carriage to GMCH by Mechanical/ manual carriage and reassembling/mounting and testing. The job includes Complete servicing of IDU and ODU units by chemical or water, as per site requirement, through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and replacement of air filters, drainage line cleaning etc and Replacement of damaged Compressor by way of dismantling of old/damaged compressor and by Providing and Fitting of new 11TR scroll compressor.Carrying leak detection test of the compressors line by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen gas for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages by brazing process and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumizing pump and then charging the compressors with refrigerant R-22 approx-25 Kgs aooroximately . The job also includes Replacement of worn out, corroded Copper pipeline and Providing/laying of New one from Indoor to out door units( 60 feet) along with elbows, collars and bends wherever required along with rubber insulation. The job also includes Providing and Fitting of fan belts (no. 302/312)and Replacement of outdoor fan motor 01 No and Rewinding of blower motors including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to GMCH and reassembling/mounting and testing. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians.
