M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finishing the surface fair & even complete all as spfd and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces like ceiling, chajja etc in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement icomplete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces as on ceiling applying two coats white wash complete all as spfd and directed.

M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted over & including a coat of white cement wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coats of cement base paint white or tinted over & including a coat of white cement wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of plastered old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper (washable) oil emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size old bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick work in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4mm thick E-Board tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 600mmx 600mm fixed with and including S&F Powder coated Aluminium snap grid with 25mmx25mmx1.5 mm thick Tee section and 38mmx25mmx2 mm thick angle with hanging/supporting arrangements as in false ceiling at bottom at spacing 60 cm centre to centre including S&F necessary GI cleats and 4mm dia GI wire as suspender fixed to ceiling not exceeding 1.20 mtr centre both ways with dash fastners complete and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
