Disconnecting the 3 phase centrifugal motor from the pump set , taking down from the foundation , dismantling the motor , cutting out old burnt out windings, cleaning the slots of the starter and rewinding 15 HP 3 phase electric motor with super enameled copper conductor of suitable gauge including all insulating materials , sleeves , cotton tapes etc and including varnishing ,drying etc and refitting the motor at original position , making all electrical connections & testing for proper working, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1.00 but capacity 30HP, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair to Submersible pump set motor of capacity 40 HP by dismantling of submersible motor 3 phase, 440 Volts, cutting and removing the burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots and rewinding with super quality PVC insulated water proof copper conductor winding wire and matching dia as an original and replacement of thrust plate, thrust bearing, rotor straightening, sealing kit, balancing of rotor and reassembling, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3.00 but capacity 30HP, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply and outlet connections and taking out and lowering the submersible pump set any capacity and size from the tubewell using proper T&P complete alongwith 80mm dia column pipes and submersible cables etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing /Replacing the pump set panel boards of different capacities/location with lugs/thimbles/wires/winding/painting/brazing/cement work/MCCB and by supply and replacing the following parts complete all as specified and as directed :-

Supply only Ammeter 0-50Amp, CT type size 96Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only voltmeter 0-500V size 96Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only indicator lamp 230V, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, in replacement MCCB, four pole, 63Amps, 415 volts, 16 KA, 50Hz , with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, in replacement MCCB, four pole, 200Amps, 415 volts, 36 KA, 50Hz , with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, in replacement MCCB, three pole, 100Amps, 415 volts, 16 KA, 50Hz , with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, in replacement MCCB, three pole, 125Amps, 415 volts, 16 KA, 50Hz , with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, cast iron sluice valve for 150mm bore pipe, with flanged and drilled ends, any pattern, ISI marked, PN 1.6 class with brass spindle, including joints and jointing materials as rubber washers/gaskets, bolts and nuts, etc, including taking down old and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of column pipe 3mtr long made out of 80 mm dia medium grade GI pipe including cutting and welding MS flanges heavy duty 02 Nos, drilling holes, cutting slots for cables and lowering of column pipes in bore wells including providing new rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts and washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of column pipe 3mtr long made out of 100 mm dia medium grade GI pipe including cutting and welding MS flanges heavy duty 02 Nos, drilling holes, cutting slots for cables and lowering of column pipes in bore wells including providing new rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts and washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement monoblock type water pumping set and discharge size 25mm and discharge pressure of 2600/570 LPH at 6/28.5mtr head self priming type 0.5HP capacity single phase 220volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 32mmx6mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply and fix, cast iron non return/Reflux valve for 80mm bore pipe, horizontal/vertical type, ISI marked, PN 1.6 class, with GM flap and seat complete flanged at both ends, including jointing and jointing material such as rubber washers/gasket, bolts and nuts, including taking down old and removal, complete all as specified and directed.
