Bio Remediation of existing LEGACY Waste in Shivamogga city corporation.

The bidder should have Satisfactorily completed at least one Remediation of Legacy Waste/processing of Municipal solid waste work of value not less than 248.00 lakhs (At least one work in the previous five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) In support of the above, work done certificate has to be duly certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The Bidder In last 05 (2020-21 to 2024-25) years must have segregated and responsibly disposed in any single year of at least 3365 MT of Refuse Derived Fuel to Cement Industries or Waste to energy plants (25 percentage of the total estimated RDF quantity) Cement plants - Co-processing certificates issued by the Cement plants with unique reference number for verification. Waste to Energy (WTE) plants - Proof vide valid Consent to Operate document issued by the State Pollution Control Board for processing of RDF.(In all the Cases, along with the above proofs, a letter from the Urban and Local Body signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer clearly indicating the quantity of RDF disposed from the said project has to be attached)

The Bidder should have successfully completed Remediation of Legacy Waste/processing of Municipal solid waste for 46900 MT quantity in any one year during last five years in the previous five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) (80percentage of the total estimated legacy waste quantity). In support of the above, work done certificate has to be duly certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Tenderer should submit Certificate of registration of the Company under the companies act, 1956 or registered with the Concerned Statutory Authorities under relevant act

If the Tenderer should posses ISO registration certification and the copy of same should been closed (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 both are mandatory) (If ISO not verified online bidder will be disqualified)

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.990.00 Lakhs in the previous five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) ( Usually not less than two times the estimated Cost). The Tenderer should submit copy certified by Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number (If UDIN not verified online bidder will be disqualified)

liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.148.50 Lakhs (Credit lines, letters of credit, certificates from any Scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc).. (Usually not less than 30percentage of the estimated cash flow format as enclosed in Bid document) -(Unconditional and Irrevocable LOC should be submitted)

Tenderer firm/company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit (for the current financial year) for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government / Semi- Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments.
