Random Rubble stone masonry for foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 cm thick wall in : Cement Mortar 1 : 6 (1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M20 grade Nominal Mix

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50 Mtr. and lift upto 1.5 Mtr.Supply & Stacking good earth at site complete including loading unloading & transportation etc.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Random rubble dry stone Kharanja under floor.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor Three level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers (if required ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement for Beams, suspended floors, roofs, griders having slopes up to 15º, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases and spiral staircases etc.M20 grade Nominal Mix

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor Three level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers (if required ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc M20 grade Nominal Mix

Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping, bracing bothways with wooden members and removal of formwork for superstructure upto 4.5 m height above plinth, for : Suspended floors, roofs landings staircases, balconies, girders, cantilevers, bands, coping bed plates, anchor blocks, sills, chajjas, lintel, beam etc.
