Installation, Testing, Commissioning of split type AC of 1.5 / 2.0 TR. capacity including all necessary connections, gas charging (as per requirement) and making interconnection wiring between indoor & outdoor units etc. complete as per the instructions of engineer in charge.

Dismantling of 1.5 / 2.0 TR A/C including all necessary connections, wiring between indoor and outdoor units and hand over to AAI store etc. complete as per the instructions of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing extra refrigerant copper piping with Nitrile rubber insulation and copper cabling (2.5 sq.mm.) between indoor and outdoor units of split-type AC units (Upto 2 TR) etc. as required.

Comprehensive maintenance Contract of ION - Exchange make 200 LPH Capacity Centralized R.O. Plant including consumables like RO Filters etc. (but excluding Membrane) & spare parts. The job includes visit charges of Service personnel from the Manufacturer or Authorised Service Dealer or Specialised Agency for carrying out Minimum 01 (One) Monthly Preventive Maintenance visit for satisfactory working condition of the system (OR) Breakdown maintenance visit as and when required basis till the complete rectification of the breakdown irrespective of number of visits to attend the same breakdown, complete as required. [ 01 Nos x 20 Month = 20 Each]

Submission of water potability report (i/c. chemical and becteriaological) from govt. lab / approved govt. lab of sample collected from the location as per instruction of E.I.C. report to be submitted once in three month.

Supply of R.O. Membrane HM 4040 suitable for 200 LPH Centralized R.O.System of ION Exchange Make, complete as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance of VRF system (Make - Blue Star- Year of installation 2022) installed at arrival area,comprising of following i/c its indoor units allied accessories such as refrigerant piping,controller, ducting, i/c software,with UVGI lamp,controller, Ballast etc. complete including consumable items & spares, (attending complaint, preventive/ routine /breakdown maintenance) documentation etc as per tender specifications complete as required.
