Dismantling of existing transformer including HT/ LT side connections including disconnection of earthing from transformer and shifting to AGE E/M store Yard. Complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning transformer of capacity 100 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound outdoor type step down transformer complete with first filling of IS: 335 ISI marked filtered and dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings/ accessories and 7 position off circuit tap changer (tapping range ± 7.5 % in steps of 2.5 % each) with vector group DYN-11 as per IS 1180-2014, BEE 2 Star Label (As per new star label Scheme) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fabrication and installation indoor type LT panel box made of Mild Steel/ CRCA sheet 2.00 mm thick Mild Steel flat strip of size 50 mm x 6 mm, Mild Steel equal angle frame and legs of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm and Taking down old unserviceable starter panel complete after disconnecting control cables carefully of comprising of following:- (to be installed inside Main Pump house) (i) Front and rear openable double shutter with locking arrangement/ sliding door bolts and handle. (ii) Cable gland, metallic of suitable size for incoming and outgoing cables. (iii) Mounting legs made of Mild Steel equal angle 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm duly grouted on Floor/ PCC foundation of suitable, size 20 cm above foundation level all as directed. (iv) Aluminium bus bar suitable for 800 Amp with insulating sleeve as per colour code & procelain/ epoxy insulaters as per requirement enclosed in a chamber with openable shutter. (v) PVC insulated unshethed starnded copper conductor cable single core of suitable rating as specified by Engineer-in-Charge for inter connection with bus bar. (vi) MCCB 4 pole 415 volt, 50 KA with Release Range (A) 250-630 Amps with Microprocessor Release MTX1.0 & iTRP1, Ics=100% Icu, Adjustable overload setting from 0.4 to 1.0 x In, Adjustable short-circuit setting from 1.5 to 8 x Ir. complete with sprader terminal (set of 06) (for incoming supply) - 01 Number. (to be mounted on Ebonite sheet 10 mm thick with flat strip frame of suitable size all as directed. (vii) Soft starter suitable for 100 HP pump set of 200 Amp, main 200-525 Vac, CTR 110-240 V ac complete with suitable semi conductor fuse link of Busman make and IE3 compatible, 99 % energy efficient when running with soft start technology avoids harmonic distortion complete with R-G-O indication lamp (to be mounted on Ebonite sheet 10 mm thick with flat strip frame of suitable size all as directed. - 05 Numbers.

Supply and laying only in trenches/ poles/ walls XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of 70 Sqmm 3.5 core size with suitable aluminium lugs including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Excavation and earth work, Galvanised Iron pipe protection, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil (any type of soil obtained from excavation) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed & complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, LV low voltage type-I flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning & protection including spreading, ramming all as specified and as directed. Punning thikness shall be measured & paid complete all as specified and as directed.
