REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF RAPID SAND FILTRATION PLANT, CENTRIFIGUAL/SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS , MOTORS, PRESSURE JET PUMP, CHLORINATION PLANT AND ALLIED WORK AT YOL.

Amount

Taking out and removal of existing material laid in filteration plant in following layers duly cleaning and washing. :-

(i) 1st layer graded gravel of size 60mm to 80 mm

(ii) 2nd layer graded gravel of size 30 mm to 50 mm

(iii) 3rd layer graded gravel of size 10 mm to 20 mm

(iv) 4th layer graded gravel of size 5.0mm

(v) 5th layer QUARTZ sand of size 0.8mm to 1.6 mm in the filter bed

Repair /maintenane/ removal of filtration plant of size 12.4x4.36x2.00 Mtr (deep) mud, slit, gavels as mentioned below

(a) Removal of raw water, mud, slit and dirt material through pumping set by suitable capacity of motors and bailing out all removable material from filtration bed and removing the same to a distance of 100 mtr from the filterbed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Taking out complete solid silt below the stainer pipes of filter bed and removing the same to a distance of 100 mtr from the filterbed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c ) Cleaning of filterbed with fresh water and removing same through suction pipe with the help of pump and motors of suitable capacity and wash out same to a distance 100 mtrfrom the filterbed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Removing of existing stainer with flange end coller removing from site and refixing after making round hole of size 10 mm around overall circumference of strainerof 50 Nos per strainer through suitable capacity of drill machine and tooling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized Iron medium grade stainer with flange end coller both side of size 80mm dia 2.25 mtr long and one end dead and other end flanged and making round hole of size 10 mm around overall circumference with 50mm pitch distance maintaining from one hole to another hole in any direction on strainer through suitable capacity of drill machine and tooling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for laying of gravel and sand in the filter beds under following layers :-

(i) 1st layer graded gravel of size 60mm to 80 mm dully washed/ cleaned

(ii) 2nd layer graded gravel of size 30 mm to 50 mm dully washed/ cleaned

(iii) 3rd layer graded gravel of size 10 mm to 20 mm dully washed/ cleaned

(iv) 4th layer graded gravel of size 5.0mm dully washed/ cleaned

(v) 5th layer Water filtration Silica Sand of size 0.8mm to 1.6 mm, Item code 129596410, Colour Off white, Packing of 50 Kg bag for Rapid Sand filtration plant of upto 30cm thick

Branch cutting of tree of diameter size upto 60cm including thick branches various size with this span with proper arrangement of cutting tools, safety equipment and proper deposition of branches to a distance 100 meter from the site of water supply installation at main Water Reservoir, and all BP Tanks of this cantt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-2 1:3:6(40mm graded aggregate) for support of main line from Ekko Khad intek point to main water reservoir including entire camp area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Best quality AQUA FIT(Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment,more stable than chlorine gas,and stronger than bleaching powder)in 45Kg packing plastic drum. Make:Declibac/Purichlor as approved by E-in-C complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The drum shall bear company's hologram embosed on it. (ii) Manufacturer's test certificate shall be supplied for each batch alongwith hologram.

Run lead joint to socket and spigot pipe and pipe fittings for 250 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified.

Run lead joint to socket and spigot pipe and pipe fittings for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified.

Supply only lead wool for water supply pipe line joint specified.

Supply only spun yarn for leakage control specified.

M&L for Cleaning of water storage tank, under ground type having size 25.7m x45m and height 5.7m. The cleaning shall be carried out by taking out all scale ,dirt and algae deposited at the bottom and removing to a distance not exc 15 M from the top circumference of the tank complete with water by adding bleaching powder to remove moulds , fungus etc and making it neat and clean all as direction by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of water storage tank, under ground type having Dia 18m and height 3m. The cleaning shall be carried out by taking out all scale ,dirt and algae deposited at the bottom and removing to a distance not exc 15 M from the top circumference of the tank complete with water by adding bleaching powder to remove moulds , fungus etc and making it neat and clean all as direction by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of surrounding area of water storage tanks/sump/BP tanks including plants and vegetation with the help Bush/Grass Cutting Machine, bill hooks,and safety tools complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Painting the filtration plant walls and surface area including preparing surface by cleaning ,rubbing and making surface smooth for painting and two coat cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting the existing CI pipe / sluice valve of 450/ 250/200mm dia with one coat synthetic enamel paint of black colour including preperation of surface by cleaning, rubbing and making the surface smooth for painting, complete all as specified.

Painting the existing CI pipe / sluice valve of 150mm dia with one coat synthetic enamel paint of black colour including preperation of surface by cleaning, rubbing and making the surface smooth for painting, complete all as specified.

Painting the existing CI pipe 100/80mm dia with one coat synthetic enamel paint of black colour including preperation of surface by cleaning, rubbing and making the surface smooth for painting, complete all as specified.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable submersible pump & Motor 15HP,415V,3Phase,50Hz from position by means of crane/chain pulley block, including dismantling the pump and replacing the defective/worn out parts including all metaling work, greasing and reassembling the same after carried out all repair works and refixing back to positionining including installation, testing and commissioning complete for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

(i) Supply only Brass impaller with gaskit and thrust washer .

(ii) Supply only coupler for submersible pump & Motor 15HP

(iii)Supply only CI flange with gaskit 100 MM dia with nut, bolts and washer complete.

Star Delta starter for pump motor 15.0 HP capacity including taking out old unserviceableand complete . (Make: L&T/Havells/Standard)

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable self priming monoblock pump 0.5/1.0/2.0 HP assembly complete with motor from position , including dismantling the pump and replacing the defective/worn out parts including all metaling work greasing and reassembling the same after carried out all repair works and refixing back to positionining including installation, testing and commissioning complete for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

(i) Supply only Brass impaller roter of self priming monoblock pump 0.5 HP, 220 Volts

(ii)Supply only automatic pressure control assy of self priming monoblock pump 0.5 HP, 220 Volts,single phase.

Supply and laying in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4.0 sqmm 2-core nominal in service connections complete all as spd and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete including taking down old one , all as specified and directed.

Gun metal globe or gate valves (ISI-marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 15mm bore and fixed, all as specified.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable Monoblock Pump & Motor 5.0 HP,415V, 3 Phase, 50Hz from position , including dismantling the pump and replacing the defective/worn out parts including all metaling work greasing and reassembling the same after carried out all repair works and refixing back to positionining including installation, testing and commissioning complete for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
