S/R to Road from Bhasma- Abankela- Zinc Nagar Road (ODR) from 2/0 Km to 2/150 Km and 3/200 Km to 3/300 Km in the District of Sundargarh for the year 2026.27

Road Works Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing Grading-VI material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm. using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORT&H specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing & laying Dence graded Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 505 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing & laying Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & CRMB-55 grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 507 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required PI value with sand admixture if required as per approved drawing & technical specification and as per clause 407 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works. Taking output 2.83cum

Turfing the slopes of embankment with compact turf grass as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 307 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, T&P etc complete.
