Construction of RWH at Kisaan P.G. College, Building-2, Bahraih.

(1) PREPARATION/CONSTRUCTION OF RECHARGE WELL

350 mm Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of useable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, including disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150 mm dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineerin-charge.150 mm dia

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete.150 mm dia

Providing & Filling of Pea Gravel of Size 2 mm to 4 mm dia. into bore well including cost of labour, material etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply & installation of 150 mm dia casing MS pipe.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell.150 mm dia.

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800, 150 mm dia.

Supply and installation of 150 mm dia MS air vent system.

(2) CONSTRUCTION OF RECHARGE TANK AND FILTER CHAMBER

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width aswell as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)In foundation & floors.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.(Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.20 mm thick

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Filling of Excavated earth in trnches plinth sides of foundation etc.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supply and laying 150mm PVC slotted pipe into filter tank.

Supply and fixing of Galvenised wire mess of avg width of aperture 1.4 mm and nominal dia of wire 0.63 mm.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling coarse sand of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. in filter Tank

Providing & Filling of Pea Gravel of Size 2 mm to 4 mm dia. into bore well including cost of labour, material etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge in filter Tank.

Making provision of overflow system complete in all respect including cost of all materials.

(3) CONVEYANCE PIPE LINE WORK WITH CHAMBERS

Supply of PVC pipe conforming IS mark with all required Tee, Coupler, Elbow, Reducer etc.

110 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 Pressure PVC Pipe.

150 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 Pressure PVC Pipe.

200 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 Pressure PVC Pipe.

Construction of 900x900x900 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.

Construction of 750x750x750 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.

Construction of 600x600x600 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.

Construction of 450x450x450 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.

Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.(Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

4 - Down Pipe & First Rain Water Flush System and Miscellaneous Work

Supply & fixing of new down pipe with all required Tee, Coupler, Elbow, Reducer etc.

100 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 Pressure PVC Pipe.

All required accessories for provision of drained off first rain water flush-out system as per site requirment & instructions.

Fabrication & supply of angle Iron Sign board of frame size 1.20x0.90x1.95 mt. with cross strip & beading of size 30x4 mm welded on frame of MS angle size 40x40x5 mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge as per drawing & design including all labour, material and T&P etc. complete.

Fixing of legs of sign board on cement concrete block of size 0.30x0.30x0.60 mt. in ratio 1:3:6 as per drawing & design including all labour, material etc. complete.

Painting of angle iron sign board with double coat primer and enamel paint of black colour on frame both side and sky blue on MS sheet both side including all labour, material etc. complete.

Writing on angle iron sign board both sides of given matter with Post Office Red Color Fluorescent Paint as per drawing and detail given including all labour, material etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: 13.47.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) (RECHARGE TANK+FILTER CHAMBER+COLLECTION CHAMBERS)

All required accessories for provision of Road/Floor cutting for pipe line laying and its repairing after completion of work and repairing of demaged Roof and installation of jali at down pipes top and other minor repairs etc.
