Renew all wires,ropes and chains to maintain as adequate factor of safty to equilize tension on all hoisting ropes,repair or replace conductor cables and hostway and machine room Elevator wiring.

Systamatic examinationation and adjustment of following machine,worngear,thrust bearing device sheares drive shelves bearing,break contact lining and components,motor generator, moter winding,rotating elements, commutator, brushes, brush holder ,bearing,coils,ersistance for operating and moter circuit,magnet frames and other machanical parts,controller selector leveling devices,cams,relays,solidstate components i.e. PCB,s transducers, resistance, condenesors,power diming devices,steel selector tapes,mechanical and electrical driving devices eqipments,governer sheavers shaft assembling bearings and governer jaws,car and hall machanical button and hallportion,indicators,hall lantern car and direction indicators and allother car and fonding as installed by Kona.Deflector or secondary sheave beamings, car counter light,guide rales and buffers,top and bottom limit switches,governer tension sheaves essembly componsating sheaves essembly,car counterweight and counter overweight guide shoes inculding rollers or givs interbeam hostway.

Examination periodically all safety devices and governer and all safety test.

To provide emergency minor adjustment call back services twenty four hours on all working hours on all working days as well as holidays/sundays.The firm will maintain the lift inreliavle and efficient opertaing conditions for the period as below.
