Kairali Acoustic Ceiling: Supply and installation of false ceiling with of 12.5mm thick perforated gypsum tiles of size 600mmx600mm in G.I grid support of True steel (ceiling section ,L angle, perimeter and intermediate section).Concealed grid support at every 600mm x600mm c/c using self-threading screws of proper line and level including making holes for electrical fixtures. Additional frame members shall be provided for opening of a/c and Electrical fixtures. An overlay of 50mm 32 density glass wool wrapped with black tissue to be installed. There should be a 150mm overlap of glass wool in adjoining areas. Fix the tiles with flush look which includes filling and finishing with gyproc jointing compound and gyproc joint paper and finish with one coat primer and 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint as per Architects approved quality and colour.
Sree Acoustic Ceiling: Supply and installation of modular ceilings of non-combustible Glass wool core , dimension 600 x 600 x 15 mm Sq Edge, Front face covered by a printed black fleece, 100% Resistance to humidity, 4 % LR, Fire Protection upto 1000 C for 120 mts without melting, Sound Absorption min of 0.85-0.95 NRC. Supply and installation of Suspension System To be fixed with 24 mm T Grids factory finished with Black matt colour. Ceiling suspension system to consist of 3mm GI suspension rod/wire securely affixed to structural ceiling. Ceiling suspension system to be fixed with Main runners positioned at interval (grid) of 1200 mm. The cross tee to be fixed at an interval of 600mm and suspension from the ceilings at every 1200 mm.

Providing one coat epoxy primer and one coat paint. Infill of and infill of 25mm 1000 gsm polyester wadding Decron , mounting of 15mm wood wool board onto the facia of the MS section with metal self-threading screws. Installation of 12x75mm plystrip with metal self-threading screws with sufficient length to reach metal frame to facilitate stapling of pneumatic stapler pins to fix the 12mm gripper infill of 25mm 1000 gsm decron in the cavity and tucking the fire retardant stretch fabric approved by Architect without undulations. Frame work with MS galvalume tube, flexible ply,painting and fire retardant stretch fabric shall be provided as per Architects design for the multilevel work.Additional frame members to be provided for the openings for A/c grills,electrical fixtures and speakers etc if required as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. Kairali/Sree/Nila: Removing the fabric and Plywood base from existing fabric wall panelling,dismantling the ceiling,removing the wooden paneling with care for re use,removing glass wool/decron with care for reuse and removing the debris from site etc complete as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge.Inclusive of all charges.
Kairali/sree/Nila:Supply and Fixing of Shera board of 8mm thickness up to 15 cm above finished floor level.Including joint filling and painting as per Architects approval.
Nila:Removing and re installing stage side masking behind screen.All materials to re use.
LED Strip lights: Supply and instalation of LED strip lights (14watts per m., 5050 with power supply drivers) of approved quality and colour (Wipro/Philips or equivalent) as per the design including hire and labour for all scaffolding for all heights etc complete (The provision for electrical wiring at a point in the design area will be made by electrical contractor).Work shall done as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge.
Acoustic work for sound Isolation on partition wall between Kairali and Nila (Kairali Inside partition wall vertical area): Kairali inside partition vertical area:Supply and installation of 15mm thick black open cell nitrile rubber gluing on to the existing Aerocon panels with adequate adhesives.Fixing of 100mmx100mm x2 mm square pipe welded from truss with 3 mts spacing (7 vertical lines),one horizontal line on top and one bottom line with same dimension square pipe providing a space of 50mm between nitrile rubber and the square pipe. Bottom line to be welded on to the existing horizontal MS beam.Welding in between with 25mmx25mmx1.6mm MS square pipe horizontal lines(8 lines) with one mts spacing.Then to fix chicken wire mesh on to this pipe. Fixing of MS frame work (1200mmx600mm) with 50mmx25mmx 1.6mm square pipe welded on to the facia of 100mm square pipe already fixed.Providing one coat proxy primer and one coat paint.Infill of two layers 50mm 48 density rockwool roll in side the frame work with chicken wire mesh backup providing a minimum air gap of 50mm between nitrile rubber and rockwool.Then fixing of 12.5 mm gypsum board on to the frame work and to seal the joints properly with acoustic resilient caulk. Then gluing 3mm MLV on to the gypsum board.Then to fix the second layer of 12.5 mm gypsum board on to the MLV.All the joints to be sealed properly with acoustic resilient caulk.Please note to take approval from structural engineer regarding load bearing
