Provision of Landing H and associated works including provision of power supply to wind direction indicators at Kangra Airport

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Frangible & LED illuminated landing direction indicator (Landing "H" Indicator) confirming to ICAO Annex 14, volume I, Aerodrome design manual part-6/FAA (Amendment upto date) & AAI specification consisting of following meeting the technical specifications enclosed with tender complete as required: (i) The Landing "H" Indicator shall be suitable for operation on 230V, 50 Hz Single Phase AC Supply. (ii) The frame shall be made of non-ferrous material / Aluminium along with suitable mounting frangible structure. Dimensions and frangibility of the structure shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part‐ 6/FAA & amendments upto date. The structure shall be powder coated with preferably white / yellow paint. (ii) The Landing "H" Indicator shall have minimum 33 Nos. LED Fittings of 10W each having polycarbonate bird deterrent dome. (iii) The installation shall have Landing "T" indication by illumination and changeover facility. (iv) Control Box shall have provision for remote control operation. (v) All internal wiring, control & power supply connections shall be carried as per AAI Specifications.

Supply of 4 core, 25 Sq. mm. size of 1.1 KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098 : 1988 with upto date amendments.

Supply of 10 core 2.5 Sqmm size of 1.1 KV grade copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 1554/1/1988 with upto date amendments.

Supply of following size ISI marked, HDPE pipe confirming to IS-4984-1995 with up to date amendments and confirming to tender’s technical specifications, terms & conditions i/c loading, unloading etc. complete as required. (a) 63 mm (OD), PN-4, PE 80

Laying of following size. HDPE/GI pipe in the soil / ground at depth of min 0.75 Mtrs including excavation, covering and refilling the trench, consolidation and making good the surface etc. complete as required. (a) 63 mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 Sq.mm. in the existing RCC Hume/ Stoneware / HDPE/ GI pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 Sq.mm.in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying & installation of Outdoor type Cable termination / looping box of minimum size 300mm x 450mm x 214mm suitable for termination of 4X25 Sq. mm Al. Armoured Cables made of thermoplastic polycarbonate having minimum IP65 protection alongwith clamp etc. complete as required. (Make Hansel or Equivalent).

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, MCB in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) 32 A

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) Single Pole

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium thimbles for PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4 core, 25 Sq. mm sizes as required.
