Repair and Renovation of Six (06) Nos F-Type and Four (04) Nos G-Type quarters in Hsl Colony

Note: 1) The firm/Contractor shall arrange all necessary safety equipments like warning boards, safety belts and barricades etc., during execution of work. 2) The useful materials obtained during progress of work shall be handed over to Colony Maintenance Department unless otherwise specified/indicated. 3) The repairs & renovation works have to be taken up in the quarter Nos. F-17 to F-22 and G-5 to G-8.The bidders/firms have to check the site conditions prior quoting for the tender. 4) All materials & labour including scaffolding materials is in contractor scope and applicable to all the schedule items, unless otherwise specified in that item.

Part-A (Civil Works)

Providing and fixing double charger vitrified tiles of size 600X600X 10mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make like SOMANI / KAJARIA / RAK / JOHNSON, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in flooring and 12 mm thick CM (1:3) in skirting, including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Quoted rate shall be including removal of old damaged tiles / existing flooring up to required thickness, preparation of the surface and the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Minimum cementcontent is 330Kgs per Cu.M- Quoted Rate shall include all charges of tests conducted - Design Mix sholud be submitted before carrying out the work)

Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor tiles in toilets & wash rooms of 10mm thick (edge cut) conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / CERA /JOHNSON in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including removal of old damaged tiles / existing flooring up to required thickness, preparation of the surface and the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality, up to 10 mm thick (edge cut) Ceramic Glazed tiles in skirting & dados conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / CERA / JOHNSON, in all colours and shades, laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade. Quoted rate shall be including removal of old damaged tiles / existing flooring up to required thickness, preparation of the surface and the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.

FALGY Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level in ground floor/parapet wall in cement mortar (1:4) including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials & men etc., complete

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) FALGY bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level in ground floor & parapet wall in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in nominal mix of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement and including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials & men etc., complete

Supply and providing HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled and glazed shutters above the doors with anodised aluminum butt hinges of required size with necessary screws including cost of wood & 4mm thick frosted glass panes, applying of putty etc., complete (over all area of shutter to be measured).

Providing and fixing anodized extruded aluminium sliding windows including frames of approved colour & make. Aluminium sections shall be powder coated with approved colour including aluminium frame conforming to IS:1948, IS:1949 fabricated from extruded sections of INDAL / JINDAL or approved equivalent make having minimum 2mm wall thickness for windows & ventilators as per IS:1285, IS:733 and electro color coating of 15 microns thickness. Providing and Fixing Aluminium Powder coated work for louver type Ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ approprite Z section and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e at top, bottom, and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P .brass /stainless steel screws and 5.5mm pin headed glass etc., where ever required complete all as directed.

6mm thick ceiling plaster in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc., complete all as directed.

Removing old paint by machine scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required etc., complete all as directed.

Applying two coats of putty of approved brands Birla / JK to new and old wall surfaces up to false ceiling level including applying suitable primer including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality acrylic Interior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) including necessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning of old surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Apply two coats of snowcem paint of required colour to external walls including necessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer etc., complete all as directed.

Providing Two (2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceilings and whereever required after thorough scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed.

Providing two (2) coats of synthetic enamel paint to wooden rafters, door & wooden frames and shutters and where ever specified (on wood surface / on steel surface) (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper for steel surface / clean the surface of wood) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Shalimar / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying prime coat complete all as directed

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer and two coats of enamel paint all complete

Supply , fix, test and commissioning of 3 Litres instant electric water geysers of approved make with necessary clamps and other auxiliaries complete all as directed .

Providing earth pits including Excavation, placing of 2.5 meters of 1.5 inch dia GI Pipe along with necessary reducible sockets, nut & bolts, funnel and all other accessories, Salt, Charcoal/Coke, RCC Cover etc. as specified by the Engineer Incharge (including connection/drawing of Earth conductor up to earth electrode).

Supply of material required and providing wiring for lights/ bulbs / fans & exhaust fans etc., with flush type switches for controlling these loads complete all as directed using 1.5 Sq.mm FR PVC wire of Havels/Finolex make of 2 runs in PVC conduit of sudhakar make with fixing clamps to be done all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removal of old fittings, battens and wirings in the quarters and handing over the same at Colony stores complete all as directed.

Note: 1. The price as offered quoted by the bidder towards removal of the Teak wood as per Sl. No. of Enclosure-2 i.e Schedule-A (scope of work) shall be adjusted / deducted from the bill payment further this shall also will be consider whist evaluation of the L1 bidder 2. Please note that the amount as quoted shall bge adjusted / deducted from the bill amount .

Removing teak wood without damaging the structure and takeaway the teak wood from wooden rafters, horizontal runners, window and ventilator frames. The bidder have to quote the rate per cubic meter of this teak wood materials and the amount is to be paid to HSL towards this materials take away cost.(The quoted materials cost as per measurements have to be deposited to HSL or adjusted in bills and there after issue the gate pass for taking away of the old teak wood) (Contractor's should inspect the site before quoting for the work and consider all charges towards removal of wooden rafters and horizontal runners from roof and all window and ventilator frames etc.)
