Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm avg thick PCC padding in cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggr mixed with WPC @ 2% by wt of cement finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement for laying of WPT all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L 10mm thick rendering on roof in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions of cement for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over PCC surface for laying APP membrane on roof (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminious/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Ltrs/Sqm, 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane of weight of 3 kg/sqm with non-woven polyester reinforcement shall be laid over a coat of bitumen S-35 grade (30/40) applied @1.20Kg /Sqm (minimum) with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps, joints & overlaps shall be sealed by torch application and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge (Note: the primer and the membrane to be used shall be of the same manufacturer and to be applied by authorized applicator of OEM).

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside for lowering if required, carrying out petty repairs, cleaning etc hoisting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water storage tank of 1000 ltrs capacity.

Dismantling of water storage tank of 500 ltrs capacity.

S & F in repair 25mm dia bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal out side MD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re fixing 15mm bore steel tubing ,fittings and connections same position complete all as specified

S & F 20 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal out side MD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re fixing 20mm bore steel tubing, fittings and connections, in same position complete all as specified

S & F 25 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal out side MD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re fixing 25mm bore steel tubing, fittings and connections same position complete all as specified

S & F 32 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed

Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM (1:4) finished even and smooth by adding water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement without using extra cement. (Note: WPC item paid seperatly )

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

M&L for Preparing new plaster surface of wall applying three coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified.

M & L prepration of surface on wall and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces..

Doors/Windows, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging: also fastening and fixing complete.

M & L for preparing new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in chajja ,cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified
