Fabrication, galvanizing, inspection & supply of 220kv DC towers including stubs,extension and stub-setting templates,gantry structures as per drawing and BOM.
Pre Installation of assembly of ERS structure at 220 KV S/S Phoolpur, Prayagraj by tightening of Joints, Nuts & Bolts, installation of guy wires, making holes for anchor installer complete in all respect.
Installation of ERS structure, fixing of guy wires & other accessories & hardware. Hoisting of Insulators complete in all respect.
Stringing of all the Six ACSR Moose conductor alongwith HW fittings by making cutpoint at ERS tower & stringing between ERS & towers for both ends of ERS.
Arrangement of watch & ward round the clock with atleast 04 No. security guards, security at ERS Location and also at the time of dismantling of ERS conductor & hardware with hardware fittings.
De-stringing of all the Six ACSR Moose conductor alongwith HW fitting for removal of ERS.
Dismantling of ERS Structure, removal of guy wires & other accessories and hardwares. Dehoisting of Insulators complete in all respect.
Safe transportation including loading, unloading of ERS structure alongwith accessories, guy wires etc. from the store at 220 KV S/S Phoolpur, Prayagraj to Khurdai Bazar (approx. 250 Km) & shifting of all the material to Loc. No. 43 at Khurdai Bazar, Lucknow (in Pintail Park City premises).
Safe transportation including loading, unloading of ERS structure alongwith accessories, guy wires etc. from the Loc. No. 43 and shifting of all the material back to store at 220 KV S/S Phoolpur, Prayagraj (approx. distance 250 Km).
